My Amazon order was supposed to be delivered to my son at the University of Tampa via USPS. Following an unsuccessful delivery attempt on Dec. 8, I rescheduled it for Dec. 11 but it has still not arrived. The tracking number is USR[redacted]0. Despite numerous calls to inquire about the status, the package has not been re-delivered. Unfortunately, my son has since left Tampa, and I will not receive the package on time for Christmas, or at all. It's frustrating that after scheduling a re-delivery and waiting all week since the initial attempt, the package is still undelivered.

I am attempting to ship a package to Brazil using USPS. The website specifies a maximum dimension of [redacted]" (length + girth), and my package measures around 85". I received a price estimate for Global Express Guaranteed. However, upon visiting a USPS store, they refused to accept my package stating it exceeds the maximum length of 79" rather than the [redacted]" listed on the website. I need clarity on the correct maximum size allowed for shipping to Brazil via USPS as I urgently need to send this package. Thank you, Emerson Vieira.

On December 13th at 7:57 PM, the package departed the USPS regional origin facility in Jersey City, NJ, and at 12:59 PM, it arrived at the same facility. Earlier on December 11th at 7:00 AM, the package arrived at a USPS facility in Southwick, MA, and at 5:50 AM, it reached the local post office. Prior to that, on December 10th at 9:31 AM, it arrived at the USPS regional facility in Springfield, MA. The package was initially sent from Enosburg Falls, VT [redacted] on December 9th. I am disappointed by the handling of my package and the lack of care in ensuring its timely delivery to its final destination in [redacted].

Tracking number [redacted][redacted]71. I mailed a package on October 30th, tracked it on November 1st, and it was supposed to go to an insufficient address and returned to me. It got sent back to the original post office box on November 4th and has been in progress since November 5th. I submitted a search request with ID number [redacted] on November 10th. The recipient cannot receive more packages after December 15th. I'm frustrated as the post office has had ample time to find and deliver the package. This situation is unacceptable. The package is crucial to the recipient, and I'm also out of the money spent on it. It was guaranteed delivery but has not happened.

I rely on a rural post office with limited and ever-changing staff. I send books to my former student using Media Mail, but a new employee insisted on conventional mail. I was charged $40.39 for ground postage instead of offering a flat rate box. Media Mail always reached Albuquerque from Middlefield in a timely manner, so why is the expensive service slower? I believe we were overcharged and deserve a refund. This experience has made me hesitant to use this service for future gifts. Shipping homemade gifts has become costly, leading me to consider other options. I hope to hear back soon so I can decide on mailing Stu's birthday package. Thank you, Mary Louise K.

I was informed that my package had been delivered to my residence, but I have not found it. As per the tracking information, it was left near my front door. Given that it's the holiday season, my house is close to a high school, and I have a covered porch, it seems risky to leave packages openly. With the prevalence of porch thefts, it may have been an easy target for thieves. I’m concerned that the package was too visible and could have been taken. My awaited package was meant to arrive in Spokane, WA, but after leaving Seattle, it unexpectedly ended up in Atlanta, GA. This is frustrating as I diligently tracked its progress, only to find it significantly off-course. Initially expected by Thursday, the 12th, it's now Sunday, the 15th, and my project remains unfinished due to this error. USPS, this isn't the first time you have disappointed me in this manner, casting doubt on your reliability. Your inconsistency has cost me valuable time and trust.

I updated my address using the online form, but made a mistake with part of the change. The form listed my name as Sue Perpich and the incorrect address was [redacted] North Washington Avenue, Minneapolis MN [redacted]. The correct address should be [redacted] Washington Avenue North, Minneapolis MN [redacted]. I attempted to use my Visa card to submit the corrected form, but your system is rejecting it despite having sufficient funds in my account. I am concerned about being late with my bill payment. I've been attempting to locate contact information for the Monroeville post office, but the phone number listed online just rings endlessly without anyone picking up. I have a package in transit that was transferred to the Monroeville post office on December 12, according to the tracking information. Since then, there have been no further updates. I'm feeling increasingly worried and would appreciate knowing if the package is at the Monroeville location and when I can expect it, as it's time-sensitive. I appreciate your time. The package is addressed to "Tarah Helsel, [redacted] Daniel Ln. Apt [redacted], Monroeville, PA [redacted]," and the tracking number is [redacted][redacted][redacted]. I have been waiting for a package from Georgia since Friday the 13th. Today is Monday the 16th, and it was a Christmas dinner for my kids, grandkids, and other family members. I had been planning this dinner for months. You see, I have cancer, and I may not be here next Christmas. I wanted this one to be special. My sister from Georgia made it, and they have never really had any Southern cooking before. I'm quite sure it's probably spoiled by now. When my sister shipped it, the postal worker in Georgia told her it would be fine the way she prepared it - frozen and in one of those bags that heat or keep food cold. My package was expected to arrive on Saturday, 12/14, but it was marked as delivered in my mailbox though it wasn't there, nor in any neighbor's box or the store downstairs where it should've been dropped off. Carriers usually follow instructions to not leave packages at the door but hand them to someone. I'm confused why my package was left or marked as delivered when it wasn't.

My package was supposed to arrive on 12/14. I received a notification stating it was delivered to my mailbox, but it wasn't there. I checked with my neighbors, and it's not in their mailboxes either. The carriers usually drop off packages at the store downstairs, where we all receive our packages. We always specify in our notes not to leave packages outside. I would like to know why my package was left outside or marked as delivered when it wasn't.

My package was supposed to be delivered on 12/14. According to the tracking information, it was scanned as delivered in my mailbox, but I couldn't find it there or around my neighbors' mailboxes. Our building's carriers are supposed to drop off packages at the Gold store downstairs, following clear instructions not to leave items outside. I even leave a note reminding them to hand the package to someone in the building. It seems like my package might have been left outside or incorrectly marked as delivered when it wasn't.

I have a family member who recently moved and updated their address using the standard form. However, their mail is being returned as "UNREACHABLE". The address is correct since it has been the same since I moved in [redacted]. Multiple senders have had their mail returned, even though the address is accurate. My package was scheduled for delivery last Thursday, but it did not arrive. The next day, I was asked to pick it up at the [redacted] post office. Upon doing so, they assured me it would be delivered that day, but it never came. I returned in the afternoon, and despite their note to hold the package, it still wasn't there. On Saturday at noon, I went back to collect it, but was informed there was an issue with the tracking number. I left my phone number for a callback once the package arrived, and was told to expect the "research" worker on Monday. Impatient, I visited on Monday at 1:30 pm, only to face a frustrated employee who scolded me for not waiting longer for their call. I was then informed the research worker was at lunch and to return at 2 pm. Frustrated by the delays, I await further updates. Tracking number: [redacted][redacted]89

I have been waiting for my package to be delivered since 8:51AM on 12/13. It has been 80 hours, and I still have not received it. The package has had an out for delivery scan for the past 9 days, with the carrier on my route scanning that they had it but not delivering it. The clerk claims the carrier stated there was no package for my address, which I find hard to believe considering the circumstances. The supervisor even acknowledged issues with missing items at their post office and suggested contacting the Cincinnati Region’s Postmaster for further assistance. Having past experience as a USPS carrier at the same facility, I suspect my package may have been lost, dumped, or taken by the carrier. This situation is concerning, especially with reports of carriers dumping mail when unable to complete their routes on time.

I shipped a package with 2 books using the book rate at the post office, but USPS informed me that it didn't qualify for Media Mail. I don't understand why. I'm worried the recipient will have to pay extra postage unnecessarily. I contacted customer service at the number on the letter I received, but the representative seemed distracted, asking repetitive questions. I'm frustrated with the lack of attention to my issue. I purchased two pairs of Crocs on November 23rd, and they were shipped on November 30th. The initial estimated delivery date was December 5th, which later got changed to December 6th. However, the latest update shows December 16th, with the website now indicating a delay. My concern is the lack of tracking updates since December 8th. The package seems to be in transit towards the next facility, but its current location is unclear. I am growing worried that my package may be lost as the website is not providing detailed information.

I purchased boots from ShoeDazzle on December 2nd. My order was scheduled for delivery 10 days ago, but according to FedEx, it needs to be picked up at a local post office. I am experiencing issues with the delivery of a package labeled as "boots" with the tracking number #[redacted][redacted]50. I paid almost $17 for priority shipping with an expected delivery date of 12-14. Although the package was delayed and the delivery date changed to 12-16, I still have not received it. On that day, I received a different package early in the morning, but not the expected boots. Later, the tracking status changed to "no access" despite no postal carrier being seen in my neighborhood on the security cameras. Today, 12-17, I have four packages due for delivery, including the boots, but there are no updates.
