people’s packages being stolen at sender’s or at our post office, or from our mail room. i filed case with post office — no case generated in either of my first two calls* took a third follow-up a week later! Now I’m past projected response time, no response from Postal Service, and no apparent option on PS’s wretched automated “Customer Disservice” line for stolen-mail issue OR case follow-up issue. Theft was a month ago: I personally handed package to clerk at Planetarium Station on West *:rd St., NY, NY. No one answers when I phone there, except rarely one man —apparently only he and he alone is allowed to answer phone — and he mumbles, pretends he barely understands English (Creole accent suddenly gets much worse once he wants you to hang up, or if he wants you to think he doesn’t understand basic question like, “Name of station’s postmaster?” or, “What hours does she work?” Man also transfers caller “downstairs,” i.e., to national *** number, where I was then on hold nearly an hour — until I hung up.

GetHuman-mpfeitel did not yet indicate what US Postal Service should do to make this right.
