I received a package delivered on March 8. Initially, the post office claimed it was sent to the wrong address, which turned out to be non-existent. They provided another address, but the resident was unaware of the package. After revisiting the post office, I was informed they were unsure of the actual delivery location, giving me hope of an update by today. However, upon my return, I was informed I must buy the items again and await a refund. Regrettably, the post office manager was untruthful during our conversation.

I need to know when my package will arrive as it contains essential items for my wedding invitations which I need to send out by tomorrow. I tracked the package and saw it went from Missouri City, Texas, to Stafford, then Katy, and now it's in North Houston. I wonder why it didn't stay in my city and now seems to be moving away. Another package I ordered arrived many days ago. I'm concerned about the shipping route of this package and the lack of information from local offices. The delivery date has changed from the 9th to now. I'd like to know if I can pick it up somewhere since I'm not getting assistance on its status.

I am facing an issue with my landlord regarding my mail delivery. She has instructed the local post office to stop delivering mail to my address, even though I have been living in this apartment for over a year. I possess my rental agreement and recent rent receipts as proof of my residency. However, the post office refuses to deliver my mail and suggests that I change my address. Despite our initial belief that payment had been made, we discovered it was a fraudulent transaction. We have taken steps to prevent the parcel from reaching the scammer, including involving Parcel Force UK and IC3. Regrettably, the parcel is believed to have already left the UK. The sender's details are George Taylor, residing at 25 Swinton Avenue, Bovington, Wareham, Dorset, BH20 6LD, and the recipient is Anthony Cruz at 17 Van Reypen Street, Jersey City, New Jersey [redacted], USA. The sneakers hold a value of $900USD. We are eager to halt the delivery and have it returned to my distraught 16-year-old son. Tracking shows an incorrect delivery date and name. The package arrived on Monday, April 15, without a signature, even though Sunday's information was posted wrongly. I contacted Amazon about the issue on Sunday, but was informed that complaints on Sundays are unmonitored. This lack of oversight on a supposed delivery day is concerning and warrants attention.

I sent a laptop to a friend who purchased it overseas, a Marine stationed in Japan. We confirmed it could ship with USPS as it had a built-in battery. I placed an order on Amazon for a time-sensitive package, expecting delivery between April 12th and 17th. I tracked the package daily and noticed it was held at the PX warehouse with no updates. On April 16th, I received a notification that delivery was scheduled for April 17th, but when I checked today, there was a problem that required verification. After a long wait on the USPS help line, I contacted Amazon customer service who confirmed everything was correct on their end. They reached out to USPS and found out the package was delayed since the 12th. USPS ended up sending the package back to Amazon, causing frustration on my part. Amazon's manager addressed the issue, apologized, and arranged for a new rush delivery by April 19th. I am still on hold with USPS while trying to resolve this matter. There seems to be a lack of communication and efficiency on USPS's part, which has affected my experience. There is room for improvement in their customer service standards.

At the post office, the clerk entered the delivery address into the computer, but the address was changed by the system. The correct address I intended for delivery is [redacted] S IH 35, Apt [redacted], San Marcos, Texas [redacted]. However, the system changed it to a New Braunfels address, swapping "S." with "North." Realizing the error after speaking with my daughter, I contacted USPS by phone and opened a case with the number CA[redacted]. Upon tracking the package, the USPS representative found it had been sent to the wrong location entirely. Despite being informed that the issue was identified and resolved, the package remained in limbo, with uncertainty about its whereabouts and delivery timeframe. Despite paying for expedited delivery, the package has not reached its destination almost a week later, and the communication with USPS via phone has been frustrating. I purchased an item on eBay that seems to have been stuck between two cities in New York for several days. The initial delivery date was supposed to be April 19, but the tracking information has not been updated since April 17. I received a notice in my mailbox regarding a package and a certified letter. I called and spoke with the postmaster about my inability to pick up items from the post office. We arranged for the carrier to meet my son at the mailbox since the postmaster is refusing delivery to my home. This has been happening for the past 2 to 3 months with various excuses. I checked the USPS website today, April 22, [redacted], and it indicated that I would receive six pieces of mail, but none were delivered by the mail carrier. This has been a recurring issue since my regular mail carrier went on maternity leave. Despite requesting a mail hold from 04/13/[redacted] to 04/18/[redacted] with confirmation #CAHxxxxx, mail was still delivered during that period. All mail addressed to: John F. Boykin Karyn S. Boykin Katelyn A. Boykin Rick Boykin [redacted] Brooks Lane, Loganville, GA [redacted] is being marked undeliverable and returned to the sender, while mail to P.O. Box [redacted] is received without issue. I want mail sent to my home address to be delivered by the postal carrier as per the address on the envelope or package. Despite visiting the post office multiple times, the issue persists and needs to be resolved promptly.

Concerns with Tracking #[redacted][redacted]35 I dropped off a package (hot pink bubble wrap mailing envelope) at the drive-up, blue collection box outside the post office on 4/10/19 at [redacted] Gabrielle Ln, Aurora, IL [redacted]. It's been more than 10 days, but the tracking hasn't updated in your system. This is the second time I've encountered issues with this post office and collection box. The first time, the package ended up in a Chicago facility and was eventually delivered to the recipient within a few days. I hope for a similar outcome now. I have encountered the unfortunate situation where two pieces of mail I sent to my nephew were not received. One of these contained a USPS money order. I am disheartened by the idea of having to pay $5.95 to track the money order that I initially got from the USPS since the mail it was in never reached its destination. The specific money order serial number is #[redacted], and it was bought in Margaretville, NY, then sent from the Grand Gorge post office on 3/26/19 to John Keenan at [redacted] E. 25th St., Paterson, NJ [redacted]. Another piece of mail sent on 4/17/19 was also not received. I am hoping for reimbursement as well as a resolution to why my nephew is not receiving his mail. The expenses incurred for the cards, money order, and postage are troubling, adding up to $1.25 for the money order purchase, and $1.25 for postage, with the initial mail costs of 70 cents and 55 cents, respectively.

I purchased a money order from the post office on 4/17/[redacted]. I placed it in a regular-sized security envelope, wrapped inside a piece of notebook paper. The return address was clearly written on the front of the envelope. However, the money order never arrived at an address approximately 80 miles away. The serial number is [redacted]7. As of yesterday, the money order still had not arrived. When I contacted the local post office, I encountered a very rude lady. She asked for a tracking number, stating it was the only way she could track my letter. Is she suggesting that the only way to ensure a letter is delivered is by paying an extra $2.75 for tracking? She had previously mentioned that tracking automatically came with the envelope, but I receive different stories from her almost every time I visit.
