Dear USPS, I have always had exemplary service from you, in the past and thank you for that. However, my recent packages seem to be stuck and I have had much less information about their journey. I posted two packages from The U.K. to USA on **th November. One is in USA but I have no idea where? The other seems to still be awaiting shipment! I have had some emails but the whereabouts of my packages seems vague. I am now concerned, particularly about the one which hasn't arrived in USA yet. Could you please help. I paid for tracking and signature on both. The tracking numbers are: RN*********GB and RN*********GB. I would be most grateful for any information. I appreciate that you are very busy, thank you .
