Same as above statement. Also SafeLink was supposed to send me another phone since usu seemed to have lost my first one haven't heard from them again either. My report to both was around July **th . Usups said it was delivered on July **. Post office called me SAID questioned mail lady and she saia middle age woman (**) or so with shoulder length brown hair wearing a tank top and shorts got it. Well how the **** did such a person get their hands on my mail? My question was it delivered to my repeat mailing address. And has someone els activated that phone and if so do they have access to my information? Not good not happy with any of this on SafeLink wireless part or usups. I am disabled getting SS andssi I need my own phone I can't afford to pay s phone bill. Besides my physical disabilityI alsosuffer from mental illiness. Severe anxiety and panic attacks. Severe depression I have lost a daughter at the age ** in **** and son ** in,****. This is stupid unnecessary neglection on both they're part s I can't get any answers.
