The issue in GetHuman-hammsw's own words
received monthly billing and charges have increased by $***.**. There is also charges for calls to Mexico and Canada which I did not authorize. Have been TRYING to contact you to no avail because we no longer have a cell phone on the account. PLEASE contact me at email *****@***.com or cell phone number *** *** **** so we can get this taken care of. My daughter was on my cell bill with us cellar but her service was cancelled last month or so. PLEASE ADVISE. We need a number we can call to contact us cellar.
