My reliacard is inactive and US Bank says it's up to the fraud department to reinstate it. They told me to fax them my state ID and a written statement the first time and it was supposed to take * to * days for them to look at fax and reinstate my card. I called back after * days and got the run around . They kept telling me to call back the following day after *PM . I would call and no one had any answers . I did this for * days then I called on a Sunday and this lady gave me a different fax * to call and told me to also fax my Social Security card . I did this and still when I would call I got the same run around. So I was told on Friday to call back today, Monday. I did and the same runaround. So I faxed all of the papers that I had previously faxed and i was told that a supervisor or someone was going to call me back. That never happened. They won't seem to let me talk to a supervisor. I am going in the morning to the local news paper, television news and social media to report all of this . I am about to lose everything I have be cause of this and all they can tell me is "we understand".
