Good morning, I have been facing delivery issues since last Friday. Today is Wednesday, and the problem remains unresolved. I purchased 3 security camera systems from Amazon, among other items. While the other items have arrived, the 3 camera systems are still missing since last Friday. The tracking number is [redacted][redacted]24, and the order was placed under the name S. Noralez. Originally, the delivery was scheduled for last Friday. Urgently need an update on the delivery status and an estimated time of arrival.

I am inquiring about the delivery status of my order placed on 2-21-22 with Metalplex. I have not received an order confirmation from them, but I did get a text from UPS with a tracking number: 1ZF2511E[redacted]. I reached out to their customer service, but they couldn't provide me with delivery details. Despite no order confirmation, my credit card has been charged for the item. I am feeling stressed and upset right now. I placed an order on the BELLAMI website, but I was not home for the delivery. The package was supposed to arrive on March 10th, and I was looking forward to being home to receive it. However, upon returning from work today, the package was nowhere to be found. I checked my door, mailbox, and around my apartment with no luck. I had split the payment for this order because it was expensive, and I am worried that someone else might have taken my package. I'm Carol Knox, and I recently received an email regarding a failed delivery attempt at my house. Despite being home all day yesterday, no UPS truck came to my driveway as stated in the email. I am trying to reschedule the delivery by opening the receipt attached to the email, but unfortunately, I keep getting an error message when trying to access it. I keep missing package deliveries due to being at work and unable to sign. Despite following instructions and trying different delivery options, the packages weren't left. Even when attempting to collect the package, it couldn't be provided. A re-delivery to an access point failed as the package was too large. I rearranged delivery, but uncertainty remains on whether the delivery will occur on Saturday. If it delays until Monday, the cycle restarts. I need to return a package to Amazon, following the instructions they provided. Amazon sent me a barcode to use at a UPS facility for the return label. However, after speaking with UPS, they informed me that they cannot assist with Amazon returns and I must find a UPS location willing to process the return. The UPS facilities in my town of Kingstree, SC [redacted] require a printed return label, as they are unable to scan the barcode to generate a label. This means I have to travel outside my county to find a UPS facility that can handle the return properly. It seems there is an issue with UPS processing Amazon returns in my area, and I hope this can be resolved soon.

I received a new battery from Ego mowers following my purchase of a mower. UPS tracking shows it was delivered to my front porch, but it was not there. I believe it may have been delivered to the wrong house in my subdivision. The tracking number is 1ZX[redacted][redacted]. I filed a lost package notification, but I'm unsure if it was received. I was asked for documentation which I don't have apart from the original sales receipt from May [redacted]. This receipt may not be directly relevant to the battery replacement. I had a concerning encounter with one of your drivers in Fresno on Highway [redacted] Eastbound. Their Indiana plate P921578 caused a dangerous situation by changing lanes recklessly, nearly causing an accident. The driver's lack of attention almost led to a collision with a nearby car. As a professional driver myself, I recognize poor driving behavior when I see it, and this was unacceptable. I urge your company to take action before a tragic incident occurs.

I am expecting two packages from different entities. The first package is phone accessories from Apple with tracking number 1ZA8272V[redacted]. The second package is a case of 12 jars of jam from Mrs. Miller's Jam with tracking number 1Z4E43W[redacted]8. Yesterday, March 15, [redacted], I received an email stating that the Apple package was delivered by driver release at 6:03 p.m. However, based on my Simplisafe door camera footage, there was no UPS delivery at that time. I contacted Apple and UPS to report the missing delivery. Today, I checked the status of the jam shipment using the tracking number, and it also showed as delivered at 6:03 p.m. But, again, there was no delivery according to my door camera. This mix-up is concerning, and I hope UPS can investigate and resolve this issue promptly. I have already contacted Apple for reimbursement, and now I am formally requesting either the delivery of my jam or a refund of $55. I have lost trust in UPS's reliability due to this incident and have requested to pick up future orders from their facility. If needed, I can provide Simplisafe footage for verification purposes. I reported two expected deliveries yesterday. The first, from Apple Inc. for phone accessories, had tracking number 1ZA8272V[redacted]. The second was from Mrs. Miller's Jam with tracking number 1Z4#43W[redacted]8. Despite receiving a delivery notice claiming both packages arrived on March 15 at 6:03 p.m., none were received. Apple agreed to refund the missing items and redirect future shipments through UPS for me to collect. Similarly, the jam package was allegedly delivered at the same time, but it was also not received. I reached out to Mrs. Miller's, who offered a refund or reshipment. I am concerned about UPS's reliability after this incident, especially with valuable items linked to the new Apple Alpine Green iPhone 13 release. I await a resolution from the investigation. Last night, I was expecting deliveries from Apple Inc for phone accessories with tracking number *ZA****V********** and Mrs. Miller's Jam with tracking number *Z****W***********. Despite the delivery notifications saying they were dropped off at my front door at *:** p.m. on March **, neither package was received. Apple offered a refund for the missing items and agreed to ship the replacement via UPS for me to pick up. Upon checking on the jam delivery, it also showed as delivered, but I didn't receive it either. I've reached out to Mrs. Miller's, who offered a refund or to resend the order. I suspect a possible issue with UPS's delivery system. I have footage from my Simplisafe camera and would be willing to share it to help with the investigation. The package, containing items from Amazon consolidated into an 11-pound box by US Global Mail and shipped via UPS for 2nd-day delivery to Ecuador, appears to be facing customs delays that could lead to it being considered abandoned. Since 3-25-22, I've been trying to contact a live agent regarding tracking number 1Z6R014V[redacted]. Initially, my apartment complex did not accept the delivery. After being informed twice by a live agent that I could pick up the package at the UPS location in Omaha, NE on 3-26-22 at 4:30 pm, my fiancé went to collect it but was told it was still on the truck. Despite being home all day and no delivery truck showing up, when I called UPS at %:13 pm, they claimed the driver attempted delivery at 5:00 pm, which couldn't be true as I was home. After a frustrating call, the second representative was helpful, providing me with her name, badge ID, and a report number. The inconvenience arises as I work in a hospital and my partner is a truck driver, so picking up the package at the store was favorable. Unfortunately, my concerns were not addressed, and my package is scheduled for delivery on 3-28-22 when I will be at work again. The lack of assistance and poor customer service have left me dissatisfied with the whole experience.

Upon returning from my vacation, I was informed that my Part-Time Safety and Training Supervisor position had been changed to a Part-Time Supervisor position for outbound. Despite being told I would have a specific job description upon my return, no one, including Full-Time representatives or the Part-Time Supervisors I previously worked with, explained the situation to me. I only learned about the change after questioning the Full-Time supervisor in charge of the post I was assigned to. I am seeking clarification on the regulations and policies that apply to this decision and its potential impact on my pay, benefits, and tuition reimbursement. With my new shift ending late, it is becoming difficult to balance work with my daytime school schedule. I believe this transition should have been discussed with me beforehand for better preparation.

I have contacted UPS three times regarding my package that is currently at an Advance Auto Parts store. Despite being misinformed by offshore customer service, I discovered it's at the drop-off point waiting for pickup. I'm frustrated after spending considerable time on the phone. With 10,[redacted] UPS employees in Louisville, I find it unreasonable that redelivery is so challenging. I previously informed them to leave the package at [redacted] Yorktown Rd, Louisville, KY [redacted] after highlighting and signing the infonotice. I recently traded in my old phone to Apple through UPS but encountered an issue. Apple contacted me, stating that there was a problem with my trade-in as the package arrived open and empty. I received a notification about my delayed package. It was postponed for 14 days before I requested it to be held. I contacted to ensure it was available for pickup, but the system indicates it's not ready yet. I am unsure of the location of my package and the reason for the extended delay. I received a notice from UPS stating that the driver attempted delivery of my package twice yesterday. However, after checking my cameras, I did not see any UPS truck on the video. I have some questions regarding this issue: 1. Did the driver enter my community? 2. If so, how did they gain access? 3. What phone number did the driver call for entry? 4. Can I get the times of the two attempted deliveries? I was home all day. 5. I need the package to be delivered to my home. Resolving these queries will help avoid similar problems on Monday.

I received a package addressed to someone else at my residence and need assistance arranging a pick-up. The package, meant for Chris Rome, was delivered to my address at [redacted] W.
