I placed an order with "OnlyVetMeds" for an overnight delivery of insulin for my diabetic cat on May 10th. However, the package did not arrive on May 11th as expected. The website cited weather delays but it continued to show that message throughout the week. To ensure my cat had the needed insulin, I bought it from my vet. Only on May 22nd did UPS finally deliver the package but by then, all the ice had melted, rendering the insulin unusable. I had to pay my vet over $[redacted] for the replacement insulin after already buying it from "OnlyVetMeds". I am seeking reimbursement from UPS for this additional expense and can provide documentation if necessary. Please advise on the next steps. - A.S.

I want to report a concerning incident with a package of frozen food, tracking number 1Z [redacted] E4R 0[redacted], delivered by UPS today, June 17th. Despite the package clearly stating it contained perishable frozen food and having the correct address of Jane S. at [redacted] Grover Mills Lane, Hillsboro, Virginia, it was left by the mailbox, exposed to direct sunlight, which could have compromised the quality of the food. Previously, deliveries were left on the front porch, and the drivers were familiar with the property. I have informed the vendor about this issue and suggested they review their delivery procedures for shipping frozen items. I placed an online order and did not receive any confirmation from the seller. I paid through PayPal and received a tracking number from them; however, the tracking information shows the package was delivered on June 9, [redacted], but we haven't received it. When I checked the tracking number on the UPS app, it did not show the delivery. After contacting customer service and providing the tracking number, I was informed that the package was left at the dock and received by DRFDESK. I asked if the label had my name and address, Jerry Coates at [redacted] Pinecreek Rd, Forest Park, Ga, [redacted]. The agent mentioned that neither my name nor my address was on the label, and they couldn't disclose the other name and address on it. I am seeking clarification to confirm that the shipping label did not match the tracking number 1Z076AW[redacted]. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I dropped off 4 packages at a UPS store in Amarillo, TX on June 4, shipping to [redacted]. Three packages were delivered on June 10, but 1ZRV[redacted][redacted] is missing. Tracking this number on the UPS website keeps telling me UPS does not have the package yet and to check back tomorrow, which I have done for a month. The UPS store I dropped the packages off at says they do not have it and they will speak to their UPS agent, but I have not heard back from them. I had $[redacted] insurance on the missing box. I cannot file a claim online since this is the third package out of four to ship. I either want the box found or to start a claim. Thank you, Donna C.

Dear Community, I recently received a shipping notification indicating my package was due for delivery on 6/18 between 1-4 pm. However, the delivery was postponed to 7 pm on 6/18, but it was not received. Upon checking the tracking number on 6/19, the new delivery date was scheduled for 6/23. Reviewing the email with the package history, it indicates the package traveled from Nashville to Jacksonville and back to Nashville. I am puzzled as to why it was not delivered on 6/18 despite two notifications and why it was not rescheduled for 6/19 while in Jacksonville. This order, containing birthday gifts, was placed on 6/14. I submitted a claim for a lost package which was closed due to a lack of information. Despite them saying I can update the claim on the dashboard, there is no button available for me to do so. I'm unable to start a new claim as they insist there's an existing one in process. The phone menu only offers options for starting a new claim, not for addressing ongoing ones. Additionally, they require the sender's contact information, but since it's an eBay purchase, I don't have access to the seller's details.

I received a package from J.C. Penney today that had another customer's package inside. The package I got was not from J.C. Penney, so I believe it was mistakenly placed in my package during repair, possibly by UPS. Since I'm far from a UPS store, I'm leaving the package for pick up at my home ([redacted] Maple St., Cleveland, MS [redacted]) while I'll be out for doctor's appointments tomorrow. The package, though small, is heavy and will be left on my front porch for your driver. The addressee is a person named "Theus" in Petal, MS. My tracking number 1ZF50F61DH[redacted]6 has been stuck in "clearance" in Germany for weeks. Despite reaching out to delivery support, I have received no assistance. Overseas support disconnected my calls and call backs seem impossible. It took three calls to obtain a "case number" for reference. UPS online stated brokerage delays, but the real reason remains unknown. The package has been scanned daily, but no movement occurred after it was moved to a warehouse. The delay forced the recipient to change the delivery address due to business travel after nearly three weeks. This could have been avoided if the package arrived within the original estimated delivery time of one week. There is no excuse for this delay. I have had issues with UPS domestically for rough handling, and I will not recommend their services to anyone, especially for international shipping. Consider this a warning.

I need assistance regarding a package that was mistakenly delivered to me. The shipper claims package 1Z75F4A[redacted]8 was delivered to me at [redacted] NW 54th Blvd by late May. PayPal requires documentation stating the tracking number was not intended for me, but for someone else. I contacted UPS to resolve this issue, but their chat service was unable to help. The tracking number shows a delivery of a 46.9-pound package, which is not a laptop as expected. The information provided by UPS does not match, indicating a delivery to a different address. Recently, while driving on Capitol of Texas Highway, Route [redacted], a UPS truck with Texas License Plate BSC [redacted] veered into my lane. The driver was not signaling and appeared distracted. Despite honking, the driver, a young individual with long hair and a backward cap, responded rudely by gesturing and speeding off above the limit. I believe UPS should address this behavior. I did not receive my delivery on Tuesday as expected. I want to make sure that my order gets delivered. I also wanted to mention that there appears to be a misspelling in my name, it should be spelled as "GRANIS". I am looking forward to receiving the Bread Proofing Banneton Basket Set that I ordered. I can see that a similar item was delivered on Tuesday, but I have not received mine yet. I appreciate your assistance in tracking and ensuring the delivery of my package. Thank you.

On June 30, [redacted], I had three packages picked up for delivery. One was due on July 2, [redacted], and as of July 6, [redacted], it has not arrived despite showing as "out for delivery" for the past four days. The other two packages have shown no movement since pickup. Waiting seven days for three packages without any updates is highly unsatisfactory. When Coloplast contacts me today for my order preference, I will have to explain that I haven't received any packages yet, and two are untraceable. The lack of communication and service from UPS is unacceptable, and this experience will influence my future shipping choices.

I need assistance regarding an order of 3 pharmacy refills from United Healthcare - OptumRX. The items were dispatched on 6/28 but seem to have been incorrectly returned by UPS. I received my package on July 7, [redacted]. Upon opening it, I discovered only one item, while I was supposed to receive a total of 4 items. After contacting the sender, they mentioned that there should have been a USPS box inside the larger UPS box containing the other 3 items. According to the email I received, the USPS box should be 12 x 12 x 8 and located under the bubble wrap. However, all I found inside was the framed map and bubble wrap, with no sign of the additional box or items.

I paid extra for a 2-day delivery of a crib I ordered on July 4th. I just got an email stating that the delivery will be delayed until July 14th. This is urgent as I have a busy 2-year-old to look after. I am holding UPS accountable if anything happens to my toddler due to this delay. The customer service from UPS has been unhelpful as I can't reach a real person when I call.

The delivery drivers have been consistently leaving packages near my mailbox at the roadside instead of bringing them to my home. Although I have a long, steep driveway, there's enough space for them to maneuver easily. Unfortunately, the area near the mailbox is not visible from my house, and sometimes I can't check for packages daily due to medical reasons. This poses a problem especially for perishable items like live plant material and food. Additionally, there's a risk of theft involved in leaving packages by the roadside.

I need assistance locating a vital package sent from the UPS Store in Goldsboro by Susan Cole to Rhonda Nord. The package, containing a bear made from my late father's shirts, has not arrived. I missed the delivery of my unemployment card, which was left without my knowledge. I contacted the bank to cancel the card and request a new one twice already, but it's been 5 weeks and I still haven't received it. I urgently need the funds on the card, so I'm checking if another delivery attempt was made this week as I have not received my mail yet.

I made a purchase and arranged for it to be sent to PO Box [redacted] in Big Bear Lake, CA [redacted]. The tracking details show that the package was supposedly delivered to my front door on July 1. However, the order only had the PO Box number listed, not my home address. I checked with the Post Office, and they confirmed they did not receive the package. There seems to be a discrepancy since my actual home address was not provided on the order, just the PO Box number. The tracking number associated with this shipment is 1Z076AW[redacted]2.
