yes I am a disable veteran with prostate cancer. I received Brief, Protective Super Large ABS Attend from VA Hospital. The tracking * on this order is *Z A*F *** ** **** ****. MY prescription with my correct address was delivered to some one else building in my condo. My package was open and left in front of my door. VA went out of the way to protect me reference my prescription. My package was sealed in black none see through plastic with my correct address and condo number. There are four building in this condo with a *** condo number, but only one in****, my building number. your driver was incompetent reference to during his are her job. Common sense should have alerted the driver that this package was from the VA and the way it was sealed it was for protection for the addressee. I called on this matter early this morning and was informed that someone would contact me at *:**pm. Never happened. I called around *:** pm and was informed that i would be contacted at **:**am on *-*-****. Not only was my package was open, but a smiley face was drawn on the note and a package of the briefs was open. I am not comfortable using them. I feel extremely violated and I want be able to contact the Va until Monday and hope they will refill my prescription, which will take another *-* days. Now I have to go out and buy them, until my request is refilled. I fill that this employee should be terminated, and have very poor job knowledge and performance.
