I am concerned about my shipment that seems to be stuck at the Hodgkins, Illinois hub. It was supposed to arrive tomorrow but has not even reached the Secaucus, NJ location yet. After speaking on the phone and in live chat yesterday and today, I was first told it would arrive today, then assured over chat that it would be here, but now the delivery date has been pushed to tomorrow without any movement from Hodgkins. I feel uncertain and confused as conflicting information has been given about its status and delivery time. I want clear communication and options to resolve this issue as soon as possible, as I have read similar reviews where packages faced delays. I hope for a prompt resolution without any further delays.

I recently discovered that the sender shipped my package to the wrong address and it requires a signature. However, the tracking shows it was delivered to an old address in San Gabriel where I no longer reside. I need the package returned to the sender as soon as possible since I am not present at that location. The tracking system indicated a "delivery release" even though a signature was necessary. I kindly request that UPS takes responsibility and retrieves the package promptly.

I contacted Customer Service at my carrier last week and this evening to get a tracking number for my new phone delivery scheduled for tomorrow. However, when I tried to track it on the delivery site, the number was not recognized. After waiting for 55 minutes on hold with USPS, I found out that UPS is the delivery company. They informed me that it was supposedly delivered today, but it wasn't. I am now trying to reach UPS for further assistance. I noticed that Get Human is offering to make the call on my behalf, which is very helpful. Thank you to the team there! 😄

I received a large box containing an electric lift chair that I had ordered, but it was left on my porch in heavy rain without any cover. Despite informing UPS the day before not to deliver on 5/22/18 due to a doctor's appointment with a pain specialist, the delivery still took place. Being a 74-year-old man with a swollen leg, trying to bring it inside during such weather was a challenge. I expected better service, especially since the supervisor was supposed to be present with the driver. I am Sonny Neal, residing at Duncan Drive, Lot 5, Peters Town, WV [redacted]. I was told the supervisor would contact me before 8 PM, but I did not receive a call. If this matter is not resolved soon, I will involve my attorney. It's causing me severe pain and inconvenience, and I cannot walk properly without pain medication. I await a prompt resolution.

A package was shipped from North Port, Florida to Ottumwa, Iowa for my brother R. Sellers on May 18, [redacted]. The delivery was scheduled for May 24, [redacted]. Despite the online tracking showing it was left on the porch on May 23, it was not there. I contacted UPS on May 25 and was advised to reach out to the store of origin with no success. On May 26, UPS contacted my brother to start a lost package investigation. Visiting the UPS office revealed an attempted delivery on May 30, claiming no one was home, even though he was. On May 31, it was out for delivery again but never arrived. On June 1, tracking indicated efforts to verify the package location. We are puzzled by the situation and eagerly await its resolution.

After a USPS employee processed my package, I realized I forgot to include the receiver's postal code on the International Customs Form copy. I informed the employee, who suggested I physically write the postal code on the already attached form. He reassured me that the package was fine. However, I'm concerned since I believe the information should have been filled out electronically. I fear my package might go missing during transit. I'm unsure if the employee followed the correct procedure.

On June 7th, my package with Tracking Number 1ZA83F[redacted]59 was left outside at [redacted] Cleveland Ct, downstairs in front of my apartment door. The front of the building has separate apartments, two upstairs and two downstairs. My apartment, labeled as 6, is upstairs. The package was intended for APT 6 but was left downstairs without notification. I would appreciate more care in future deliveries. Tracking Number: 1ZRY [redacted]60. I am Joaquin Rincon, a U.S. citizen residing in Cancun as my second home, with Tucson, AZ being my primary residence and business location. On Monday the 4th, a package was dispatched from Tucson to be delivered in Cancun by Wednesday end of day. The 2.90 lbs package contains crucial personal documents, credit card statements, 6 sport watches, and legal papers from my attorney, vital for a lawsuit against a client in Tucson. Unfortunately, the package encountered issues in Cancun due to alleged misconduct by Mexican officials. Urgently needing the documents for signing, I am concerned about the delay. My attorney advised that if this impedes my legal proceedings, legal action against UPS may be necessary. I require prompt assistance from the U.S. office to address the situation, as the Mexican branch has not been helpful. Please liaise with the Cancun office, expedite the process, and ensure the package is delivered without any unauthorized fees.

I was contacted by my neighbor below this morning regarding two packages UPS delivered to his barn, addressed to me. The packages were dated 5/25/18 and were found to be left out in the rain due to faded labels and damage to the boxes. My usual UPS driver is aware to deliver to my door, as our gate is easy to open without a code. However, this is not the first time my packages have been left along the driveway or on my neighbor's property. One of the boxes contained computer parts that may be damaged, and the other had veterinary supplies that I had to reorder. I kindly request that UPS instruct their drivers to deliver directly to my house as packages left along the driveway are hard to spot. On June 7, [redacted], my packages were wrongly delivered due to UPS changing the address. The tracking numbers for the packages are 1Z586616YW[redacted]2 and 1Z586616YW[redacted]4. Despite the tracking showing delivery to a carport, I don't have one, leading me to find them at my neighbor's house. I want UPS to update their system with the correct address to prevent future issues. I'm puzzled by UPS changing my address without consulting me. My address is Stephen or Monica McWherter, [redacted] Samuel Drive, PO Box [redacted], Springfield, SC [redacted]. Delivery to the house is acceptable, but our driveway is located off Norway Rd, by the log cabin on the corner of Samuel Dr and Norway Rd. If delivering to the post office, note that Springfield Post Office shuts between 1:00 - 2:00 pm for lunch.

On June 1, [redacted], I took my package of Fiesta ware to my local UPS store. The package was going to Arizona and arrived on June 7, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the original box wasn't secured inside a larger box and lacked fragile markings. I have evidence through pictures, my credit card receipt from Homer Laughlin Company, and the UPS receipt. When I contacted the UPS store, the manager mentioned the box change during transit. I had insurance for $[redacted] on the package with tracking number 1Z [redacted] 0AR 03 4[redacted]. I have been an Ebay seller for over 15 years with a track record of securely packaging items. I have faced repeated delivery issues with UPS. Despite updating the correct address twice, they persistently attempted deliveries to the old address. Despite assurances of timely delivery, I had to resort to hiring a courier to collect the packages from the UPS Store in Stafford, Texas. Convincing UPS to release the boxes to the courier proved challenging. As the shipper, I provided all necessary details. Following the first incident on May 30, there was no promised callback. Although a callback was received this time, UPS failed to fulfill their delivery commitments, causing significant inconvenience as I had to arrange alternative delivery methods at my company's expense, an unnecessary and frustrating situation.

UPS was scheduled to deliver 3 Amazon labels for my return packages. However, when I answered the doorbell, the UPS driver had already left the labels on my mailbox in the rain and drove off. There was no information on the labels regarding which package they belonged to. I am frustrated and request the following actions: 1) Contact me to address this issue promptly. 2) Clarify if the regular UPS driver made this delivery to avoid future complications. 3) Provide clear instructions on which label corresponds to each package. 4) Update me on the next pickup attempt date.

Hello, I am a dissatisfied customer. I would like to report an issue with an Amazon order that was shipped with UPS tracking number 1Z3Y[redacted][redacted]. The item was delivered to the wrong address, as confirmed by the Proof of Delivery from UPS. Tracking Number: 1Z18X43X[redacted]. There is no parcel pending at this time. I encountered a problem with the delivery process due to the driver not following the specified instructions. Despite informing the shipper to ring my doorbell and requesting the driver wait to be buzzed in and bring the package to my second-floor front door due to mobility issues, my requests were overlooked. I approached customer service and was assured that the instructions were added, with the driver expected to contact me for assistance. Unfortunately, the driver neither contacted me nor followed the instructions, leaving the package in the lobby without alerting me as promised. I am disappointed and puzzled as to why my detailed instructions were disregarded during the delivery process.

I placed a package outside my house for UPS to pick up for a return to Amazon as scheduled. Today, a UPS delivery occurred at 11:43 PM PST on Sunday, June 24, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the package I left for UPS to pick up earlier in the day was not collected. This is worrisome because Amazon confirmed the pick-up for today, possibly the last day for a return and refund. Despite being home to ensure the package was taken, the UPS driver had already left. I kindly request for the UPS driver or another to return for the package. It was placed visibly in the usual spot, a wire basket on the left side of the front door. Thank you for your assistance. When the UPS driver came to our house, he rudely commented on our response time, using inappropriate language. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to address this with UPS customer service, Laura from the Cincinnati hub eventually called me back, informing me that my complaint would be noted but no further follow-up would be provided. If I have any other concerns, I am advised to contact the 1-[redacted] number.

I placed an order with Fashion Nova around June 19th or 20th. Even though the tracking initially showed it was shipped on June 21st, it has not arrived as of July 5th. The tracking status mentioned an insufficient address, leading me to believe the package would be returned to California before being reshipped to me. However, there has been no progress beyond the package bouncing back and forth between the USPS Facility and USPS Regional Origin Facility. Despite reaching out to Fashion Nova, they are unable to locate my package. The delay is frustrating, especially considering past successful deliveries to the same address. I am eager to receive my package without further delays and I expect a refund for the expedited shipping I paid for. This situation is exasperating and needs to be resolved promptly.

I need to contact UPS, particularly the Victoria, TX station as my deliveries have been mishandled lately. A new driver seems to be leaving packages in a different spot, leading to them being destroyed by dogs for the last four deliveries. I was home but they did not ring the doorbell or knock. I would appreciate a call from a manager at UPS to address this issue, as my only other option might be to instruct companies not to use UPS for our deliveries.
