UMR has no customer service and if I had any choice in insurance plans you would NEVER see me with UMR.*I've called three (*) times today and have been transferred a total of eight (*) times, each after having been requested and provided member ID *, patient name, date of birth, reason for calling (to get information on coverage for upcoming, scheduled medical procedure), and I got transferred yet again to listen to music?*UMR has NO customer service.
