I placed an order on ******* and I was supposed to have received an **% of one item. I was charged and then sent an email stating that my order was cancelled. I had already told my daughter she was getting the item for Christmas , now i have to tell her she is not getting the item. I think I should be given at ** percent off one item due to this issue that was not my fault. My email address is *****@***.com. This is wrong to do your customers like this and I will not shop there again in the future.
