Hi,I bought something on Ebay ,item had to be shipped from Germany.*The seller shipped an item using DHL parcel for more convenience I chose to get my item delivered to local pickup shop on *th November,DHL PARCEL tracking system shows that parcel has been refused by a shop so it went back to a DHL depot,so I found depot address and went there on Saturday to collect my parcel but what I have found was depot has moved,theres no phone number to call to speak to an advisor only automated service with * options which doesn't help,you can not arrange the collection or re delivery to different address there is no option to speak to someone, DHL Express dont have or provide any information only transfers to same automated service which hangs up after a short message. *Very frustrated, angry and don't know where and how to find the solution.*Please help!
