Consignment Number CM*********DE*Case Number is CC*FF*E**Case Number is CC*FF*AD* Case Number is CC*FDCFF*I did not received my parcel . I ordered from e bay a gift for Christmas and i did not received it. At every email sent to the UK MAIL I received a case number (so far three in total) and in all they told me that I will get an answer within the next working day. I did not received nothing. The driver send me a message in the day of delivery with the time slot for delivery and I WAS AT HOME ALL THE TIME waiting for him... HE DID NOT SHOW UP .*In the same day I receive a text message that my parcel has been delivered at my neighbour at no*. I spoke with my neighbour and he did not receive nothing. I already checked with my neighbours,my local postal office and I WAS HOME IN THAT DAY and my parcel *is not to be found.*I have been trying to solve this problem for * weeks and nobody knows anything ... I called all the DHL contact numbers and I was sent from an department to other.This is outrageous.How log can last to solve this matter??!! Can you please interview the driver where and to whom delivered my parcel? The parcel was not delivered at no* as the driver says in the message.This is a Christmas gift and I do not have much time left.I want a quick response to this mater.
