I was trying to use Twitter to be in contact with my fans. But Twitter mistakingly suspended and banned me for nudity in cover imagery, although there was no nudity at all. ... Hello Twitter Support, **I am desperately trying to reach out to you to get my issue reviewed, because my initial suspension is based on a false assumption. **First of all, you told me my @minidivaonly account was suspended due to nudity in the cover image, but if you look closely it is clear to see there is no nudity at all, I am wearing panties on it. For all other media on my Twitter page I was enabling the 'Sensitive Content' function to prevent accidental violating any youth protection terms.**It was a mistake of mine to use a cover picture that showed my body at all, I see that (and I wouldn't do it again). But my cover did not violate the terms as initally indicated. And because of the permanent suspension you take away any possibility to report other accounts that steal my content to make money out of it by selling it without any consent or allowance. I tried to contact the Support several times already, but without a working Twitter account I am not able to properly report impersonating accounts. Accounts like @onlyminidiva and @divasareboring are selling my content without permission over OnlyFans (they have been contacted already, too, they probably will remove the fake accounts soon), but they advertise the OnlyFans-content on Twitter, broadly as replies on posts of valid content creators.**Just some days ago I created two accounts (one for completely private use only) to stay in contact with my fans. I did not post any pictures on them at all, nor did I post any content that was not suitable for underaged users, I was talking about COVID-** and the PlayStation * event only. Nonetheless you banned those accounts, too, because of, quotation, "managing multiple Twitter accounts for abusive purposes"?**All I tried is to stay in contact with my followers, because they way it works on Twitter is unique! Everyone can use Twitter, everyone can see the replies to questions, everyone interacts with everyone, and I love the way how this works. If you don't lift my permaban you take away this unique way of interacting with my fans. I would understand if you would take this way of interaction if I would have really violated the ToS, but I did not, as I can prove by sending you the original cover picture for you to review.**Since I cannot upload any files using your form, I will add a link to my Google Drive that shows exactly the picture that one of your moderators mistakingly marked as nudity, but it is obvious that it is no nudity at all. **Please review the entire story of @minidivaonly - if not because of me let me interact with my fans, then because of letting me use all options to report users that sell my content via Twitter. In the past two months the impersonating accounts were reported several times, but instead of banning them I get banned for 'abusive purposes'. I will have to take this to my lawyer to get the user informations behind the fake accounts for being able to sue them civily. They don't realize (or properly review) that there was no nudity in the header at all. My profile was set to ***, and the cover picture was less naked than being on beach in a swimsuit. I wore underwear, it just was in the tone of my skin color.
I want them to lift the false permaban
I am a good Twitter user because bringing tons of interactions into the service, with hundreds and hundreds of new users which came just because of interacting with me.
Contacting Twitter via Email and forms, several times in the last two months.
