Dear Office, I am writing to address the issue with my twitter account @Super3mp, which has been blocked since March 15th. Following this, I submitted a counter notification promptly. On March 28th, you confirmed that my counter notification was forwarded to the Lumen and the complainant. You mentioned that my account would be reactivated after 10 working days if no further notifications were received. However, it has been a while since then, and I have not received any updates. I am worried about the three-month suspension of my account. I have made numerous attempts to contact you via email and through the Twitter help service, but I only receive automated responses stating my case will be addressed. Unfortunately, I have not received any further assistance or information. My account's prolonged inactivity is concerning as I am likely losing many followers. I had over [redacted] followers before the suspension. I have attached a screenshot of the email confirming the forwarding of my counter notification for your reference. Best regards, Marco Stefanini

A few days ago, I submitted a request to resolve the suspension of my Twitter account assigned to the username @HaneenWaseem. I provided all necessary information and completed the required form but have not yet received a response. It's important to mention that my account was tampered with by someone who had access to my phone without my consent. Twitter is a crucial platform for me, and I have been working on growing it for years. It is my primary social media platform, and having the account reinstated promptly is essential. I would appreciate any guidance on expediting this process and a prompt update on the status of my account. Thank you.

Hello, I'm Aaron Howey, a Marketing Executive at Cork City Football Club in Ireland, competing in the SSE Airtricity League. I'd like to request a verification tick for my account (@AaronHowey). Seeing the verification tick on my profile like many of my colleagues have, would help supporters and partners easily recognize me on the platform. Our supporters often approach me with questions, so having the verification symbol would make it simpler for them to find and trust my account. Feel free to reach out if you need more details. Thanks, Aaron.

I am reaching out because my Twitter account (@kahrazyinlove) has been suspended for four months, and I believe there may be a way to address this. Although I wasn't aware at the time (due to the videos being posted a year ago), Twitter suspended my account in March without specifying the duration, causing me a great deal of anxiety. I have been an active user with 6k followers for 5 years, and I am sincerely hoping to avoid a permanent suspension. I attempted to remove the contentious thread containing the tweets in question, but Twitter's restrictions prevent me from making any changes beyond reading tweets. The email notification from Twitter mentioned a potential path to restore my account by requesting a retraction from you. I take full responsibility for my error in sharing those music clips; I was naive to assume there would be no repercussions. I am following the necessary steps advised to regain access to my account. I acknowledge my mistake and respectfully ask for the DMCA notifications to be retracted, allowing me to recover my account. Twitter is my sole social media platform, and it houses a significant part of my life. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for considering my request.

After resetting my phone, I realized I hadn't backed up any data, including my account @burritotuba. I mainly used it for games like Arknights and Azur Lane, which hold valuable game data for me. Unfortunately, I can't recall the password as I never logged out and the associated email ([redacted]) has been deleted long ago. My primary goal is to regain access to my games and retrieve the saved data. Once that's done, I plan to link them to my main Google account for future convenience.

I need to temporarily remove my phone number from my Twitter account to access settings and possibly receive the verification code via email. Despite using a backup code initially, I was unable to access settings on Twitter, so I restarted my phone. Upon re-entering, it prompted me for the SMS verification code once more.

While tweeting last Friday, a Twitter notification popped up, suggesting I might be a robot. It prompted me to complete a CAPTCHA, which I did. Then, it asked to send a verification code to [redacted]9 for account verification. However, I no longer have access to that number as I haven't used it since [redacted]. I'm unable to select an alternative number. The only choices presented are to log out or reset the password. Despite attempting to reset the password, upon logging in with the new one, I'm immediately prompted with the SMS verification requirement again. Despite reaching out via email and filling out an online form on the website, all I receive are generic responses advising me to reset the password. Would appreciate any assistance.

While tweeting last Friday, I received a notice from Twitter indicating they suspected I was a robot. Following their instructions, I completed a CAPTCHA. However, the next step involved sending an SMS verification code to [redacted]9 to confirm my account, a number I haven't had access to since [redacted]. Unfortunately, there is no option to provide a different number, leaving me stuck in a loop where I'm prompted for verification each time I reset my password. Despite reaching out via email and submitting a request on Twitter's website, I only receive generic responses advising me to reset my password. Hoping for a solution soon.

I am the computing lead at a primary school, and I have been tasked with setting up a school Twitter account. Although most staff have successfully joined and followed the account, some have been suspended. I am receiving numerous emails from staff, and I suspect it may be due to us trying to use the same username for all staff, @NAME_PPS. I am new to Twitter and finding this process frustrating. I am directing staff to your support page on unlocking accounts, but if this does not work, I will need further assistance from you. I hope you can help resolve this issue for me as it has been a challenging experience.

I'm having trouble accessing my Twitter account since I switched to a new phone. I know my username but I can't reset my password because the old email linked to the account is no longer active as it was a business email. I have another Twitter account from years ago with my personal email attached, which is my only active email now. I really need to regain access to my old business Twitter account where all my important contacts are. Can someone assist me with this issue, please?

My account was compromised by someone called @Hope_43304, leading to its suspension. Twitter sent an email instructing me to reset the password to resolve the issue. Upon doing so and attempting to regain control by changing the profile information, I encountered a message stating the account remains suspended, preventing the removal of the hacked content. I would greatly appreciate assistance in restoring my Twitter account that dates back to [redacted]. Thank you. Twitter handle: @dfboland.

My accounts @jihyosbabie and @jihyosbaby were both suspended, the second one for 'evading suspension.' I didn’t receive an explanation for the first suspension. I tried creating new accounts to have fun on Twitter without concerns, but they got suspended too. Admittedly, I made some inappropriate comments in the past, but I promise to refrain from that if my account is reinstated. I simply want to have a functional account. I suspect the suspension might be related to my use of the term 'dyke,' which I, as a lesbian, am reclaiming.

I recently experienced an issue with my Twitter account being locked, which prompted me to verify my identity using my phone number. However, I quickly realized that I did not want my phone number linked to my account and removed it. Unfortunately, I was locked out of my account again. To regain access, I used a friend's phone number to verify my account temporarily. After briefly leaving the number on the account, I removed it but encountered another lockout. When attempting to use my own phone number for verification, I received a message stating it was associated with another account, which is not the case. I have ensured that none of my other accounts are linked to that phone number. I am feeling overwhelmed as Twitter support has not responded to my inquiries.

My account was initially locked, but I managed to verify it using my phone number. Despite not wanting my phone number linked to my Twitter account, I promptly removed it, only to find myself locked out again. To regain access, I used a friend’s number for verification, but I didn't want their number associated with my account either. I decided to temporarily keep their number on my account for about an hour before removing it, yet my account was locked once more. When attempting to unlock it with my own phone number, I was informed that my number was connected to another account, which is not the case. I have checked all my other accounts for any linked numbers without success. My friend's phone number is also implicated, as I removed it from my currently locked account. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated, as this situation is causing me considerable distress and I am starting to feel disheartened.

I have been facing this issue for several months now. While it may seem minor, there is a problem with a hashtag associated with a popular celebrity that no longer trends. Despite the celebrity's significant fan following, Twitter has set a threshold of 2 million mentions for the hashtag to trend. Fans enjoy using this tag to connect with one another, as is common among fans of celebrities. This particular celebrity is a member of a globally renowned band, yet their name no longer appears in the trending section, even with a higher number of mentions compared to others. While other hashtags trend after 500k mentions, this celebrity does not appear even after reaching 1.8 million mentions in a day. This has been occurring for a few months now, and I am seeking an explanation for this unfair treatment. The hashtag #Jimin is not a common word, and it is unjust for Twitter to penalize the celebrity and their fans for their popularity. I am simply looking for clarification on why this discrepancy exists.

Dear Twitter Support, I am reaching out to address the suspension of my @minidivaonly account, due to an alleged violation involving nudity in my cover image. However, upon closer inspection, it is evident that there is no nudity present - I am wearing appropriate attire. I always utilized the 'Sensitive Content' setting for other media on my page to comply with youth protection guidelines. While it was an oversight to have a cover image that displayed my body, I understand that mistake now. The permanent suspension not only restricts my ability to report accounts selling my content without consent (e.g., @onlyminidiva, @divasareboring) through platforms like OnlyFans, but also prevents me from engaging with my followers effectively. Despite creating new accounts solely for private use, merely discussing topics such as COVID-19 and the PlayStation 5 event led to their suspension on grounds of managing multiple accounts for abusive purposes. I value the unique interaction Twitter offers and have attempted to maintain contact with my audience. I have shared a link to my original cover image on Google Drive for your review to demonstrate no violation occurred. I urge you to reconsider the ban on @minidivaonly, not only for me but to safeguard against unauthorized content distribution. Failure to address this matter may result in legal intervention to pursue those behind the impersonating accounts. Thank you. Mini Diva @minidivaonly

The hashtag '#JIMIN' used by Park Jimin from BTS, one of the world's biggest musicians, is no longer trending. Even with high mentions, it has failed to trend. Despite being a member of the popular band BTS, with active social media presence, Jimin's name doesn't trend like his bandmates. On BTS's band anniversary, Twitter data indicated #JIMIN had the highest mentions but still did not trend. Speculation suggests Twitter may require 2 million mentions before it trends due to high frequency, a rule not applied to other celebrities. Fans are perplexed as interactions through trending are enjoyable, yet Jimin's name doesn't trend despite his popularity within the band. Numerous attempts to seek clarity from Twitter Support have been fruitless, leaving fans wondering about the reason behind Jimin's lack of trending.

Hi, my Twitter account, @grumpytrooper, got suspended for 7 days. This happened because I responded to a video showing a woman and a child being beaten up. A verified user reported my comment that criticized the defense of such violence, leading to my suspension. I feel this punishment is unfair as I strongly oppose violence and do not condone it under any circumstances. Despite my strong stance against violence, I do not promote hatred or intolerance. I value the freedom to express my opinions based on facts and personal beliefs. I may have used harsh language in my response due to the video's content, but I want to emphasize that I condemn violence. I believe in forming independent opinions and am disappointed by the censorship I faced for denouncing violence. I would appreciate any assistance regarding this issue. Thank you. Sincerely, Phil Deakin from the UK.

On June 6, [redacted], I discovered that my Twitter account, @JeanClaudeRw, had been suspended. Despite following the steps provided by Twitter Support and sending two emails, I have not received any feedback. I have apologized for any inconvenience I may have caused and expressed my willingness to accept responsibility for my actions. I requested clarity on whether I would be able to regain access to my account but have not received a response. While I understand the need for consequences for my mistakes, I believe that clear communication is essential in customer service. It would be greatly appreciated if Twitter could inform me of their decision so that I can move forward accordingly.

Dear Twitter Team, I am encountering an issue when trying to log in to my iPhone account @its_elephant. I am prompted with a message asking me to "confirm my phone number." Upon clicking "Call Me," I continuously receive an error message stating, "Sorry, the request fails. Please try again later." I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. This account holds significant sentimental value as I have been using it for several years, and I am eager to regain access. Thank you for your understanding and anticipated support.
