Hello, I am Vince McKee, the owner of KEE On Sports Media Group. In June [redacted], I created a Twitter account under the handle VinceTheAuthor with the email [redacted] Later, in December [redacted], I rebranded to KEEOnSports when establishing my company. Unfortunately, last week, my account got hacked, and the hacker changed the username and contact details, locking me out. The hacker altered it to @sugar147_steve with a fraudulent email [redacted] I confirm that this user and email are not associated with me or my business. The only linked email is [redacted], which remains unchanged. While I do have a company email at [redacted], it was not linked to the account. Despite trying to contact Twitter support with my company email, I have not made progress. I need assistance to regain access to my account [redacted] I possess a photo ID, business card, and letterhead proving ownership. Please contact me today at [redacted] or provide a number for my lawyer to reach you. This is my final attempt to resolve this matter before involving legal action. The prolonged situation is resulting in significant financial losses. Thank you.

I updated my Twitter account to correct my birthdate from 03/22/01 to 03/22/02. However, this change led to me being locked out of my account as it said I was not old enough when I created it. I understand the mistake and am now almost 18. I tried to provide the necessary verification information like my full name, username, and email to unlock my account, but I encountered an issue when uploading my photo ID. Despite ensuring it met the requirements of being a 3MB JPG file, the system still wouldn't accept it. I value my account that I've had for so long and am eager to recover it. Any assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

To whom it may concern, I had expressed my frustration about someone assaulting a vulnerable teenager after watching the news on Netflix. I called out the individual for using religion as a shield. My Twitter account mainly focuses on promoting dog adoption and helping the marginalized. It serves as a positive outlet for me. I kindly request that my account be restored. Tomorrow, I have a doctor's appointment due to a kidney mass, and my Twitter support system has always been there for me. My Twitter account, @Iouderthanb0mbs, was erroneously reported and suspended. Twitter sent an email stating that after reviewing the reported content, they found no violations of their rules or German law. Despite this, my account remains locked. I am unsure how to proceed in regaining access to it. The Twitter support team has been unresponsive, and I am uncertain when they will address my appeal. Hello Twitter community, I wanted to address a concerning issue involving a friend of mine who was subjected to sexual harassment on the platform. Known as @Nathazette, she was targeted in two disturbing incidents. The first involved a tasteless post by user @baldlandSZN, showing a phone covered in inappropriate material with her picture. Although the tweet was removed, things escalated when another user, @Adamafc, shared a video of explicit content involving her image on an iPad. Following this, @baldlandSZN initiated a mass reporting campaign against @Nathazette, which resulted in her account suspension. It is baffling that an automated system could suspend a victim of such abuse. While Twitter strives to protect users, more decisive actions are necessary to combat this behavior and prevent unwarranted suspensions due to coordinated malicious reporting. Search "Nathazette" on Twitter to see the disturbing events. We urge Twitter to investigate and restore @Nathazette's account, while holding the perpetrators (@baldlandSZN & @Adamafc) accountable for their actions. I am unable to access my Twitter account as my phone linked to it is broken and the associated number has been discontinued. I received a prompt to verify my account using a code sent to the inactive number. Twitter's phone support was unhelpful, and communication via email has not resolved the issue. Despite attempting to reset my password, I am stuck in a loop requiring a code from the inactive phone number. I am frustrated by the lack of effective assistance from Twitter, and this situation feels like censorship.

Hello, I need help with my Twitter account. A family friend set it up for me when I was younger and I don't know what information was used. Recently, I tried to update my birth date and my account got locked, saying I was underage when the account was created. I am now 24 and unsure of the original birth date entered. My Twitter account was unexpectedly suspended after being a user for 10 years. I am confused as to why this happened and why my appeals and emails are being ignored. The reason provided was a violation of rules against platform manipulation and spam. I mainly tweet about topics from my profile, such as politics, and always engage with articles I share. I am frustrated with Twitter. I attempted to create a new account, but it was suspended for violating their rules against multiple accounts. I know others with multiple accounts, so I don't understand why mine was singled out. Unfortunately, the suspended account is not being reinstated, highlighting what I feel is Twitter's lack of fairness. Their customer service is also lacking. I have only encountered automated responses and need to speak with a real person. I believe my account should be restored as I did not break any rules. If this matter is not resolved, I will escalate it to the CEO of Twitter.

I am looking for assistance with potentially adjusting the limitations on the number of accounts I can follow and tweets I can "like" on Twitter. I do not engage in any automated activity and simply want to connect with accounts relevant to my interests. Although I mute accounts to manage content, I sometimes unmute if they unfollow. This is to maintain a manageable timeline as I enjoy reading each tweet. I genuinely "like" many messages on my timeline without any ulterior motives. One of my clients, Puyoung Kim, recently informed me that a fan has brought to her attention that the Twitter account with the username @meganthekim is selling unauthorized explicit content. Puyoung and I have reported this account through the impersonation profile multiple times, and even encouraged other fans and friends to do so as well, but unfortunately, the Twitter account @meganthekim is still active. After updating Twitter, it started freezing and crashing. I tried to log in but my password seemed incorrect even though it was right. I attempted to reset it, but when waiting for a confirmation text, it never arrived. Re-sending it didn't work either. Twitter labeled my phone number as "UNSUPPORTED," but I have no idea why. I need to receive the confirmation email instead of a text to access my account. How do I resolve this issue with Twitter?

After numerous attempts to input the passwords provided during the calls without success, I'm feeling frustrated by the process. It has been six hours, and I am still locked out of my account. Dear Sir, I am writing to report an issue with our Twitter Ads account. We encountered difficulties when attempting to create funded ads. Every time we try to set up an ad, we receive the following message: "This account is ineligible to run Twitter Ads due to a policy violation by one or more users. Any active campaigns have been paused. Please contact Twitter Ads Support to resolve this issue. Learn more about Twitter Ads Policies." We have reached out to Twitter support services via email 20 times between December 24, [redacted], and February 26, [redacted], but have not received a resolution. Subsequently, we contacted the local support team who requested a substantial amount of money to address the problem. Although we were informed via email on December 30, [redacted], that the issue was resolved, it persists. This morning, I received a notification from Twitter informing me of my account suspension due to alleged copyright infringement from various sources. The content in question consisted of videos showcasing me and my fraternity brothers dancing to different songs as a form of representation for our fraternity. It seems other fraternity and sorority members engage in similar activities without facing the same consequences. I had no intention of violating copyright laws; the videos were simply meant to capture our fraternity strolls. I am willing to remove all videos and refrain from posting any more. I am uncertain of how to reach out to the individuals who reported the content or how to restore my account. I hope to resolve this matter and regain access to my account promptly.

Hello, I recently discovered an error on my Twitter profile regarding my birth year. When I originally created my account at the age of 14, I entered a different year to protect my actual birthday information. However, when I attempted to correct this by updating my real birth year, my account became locked. Despite reaching out for assistance, I was informed that I did not meet the age requirement at the time of creating the account, even though I was indeed 14 and the requirement is 13.
