It is vital to close the account to prevent further harm. @Etika seems to be in need of professional help, considering recent actions that led to police intervention. Removing access to the account may not solve all issues, but it could be a necessary step in supporting @Etika during this difficult time.

Hello, I'm Donagh McNamara. A few weeks back, I accidentally updated my birth year on Twitter, leading to being locked out due to an age restriction issue. Despite explaining that my parent had opened the account for me before I was 13 and I later took over, Twitter hasn't unlocked my account. They now require all pre-13 data removed before unlocking, which hasn't been done despite nearly two weeks passing. I recently set up a new Twitter profile and followed several users from the same community. Unfortunately, my account got disabled soon after. To reinstate it, I am required to verify my identity with a phone number, but I encountered an issue. The system indicates that my number is associated with multiple deactivated accounts, preventing me from using it for my new account. I have attempted to log into my old accounts to remove the phone number, but since those accounts no longer exist, I am at a loss for how to proceed. Is there any way for Twitter to assist me in resolving this phone number conflict and regaining access to my new account?

My Twitter account, @rehmattx, has been locked for some time because I created it when I was under 13 years old. I submitted the necessary forms to prove my parents' consent for me to have the account. However, Twitter deemed the forms invalid and stated they would delete all content posted before I turned 13, granting me access after this. It has been over a month since they informed me of this, yet I am still unable to log in. Considering the limited tweets to review, I expected this to be resolved promptly. I am eager to understand the delay in restoring my account and would appreciate a specific date for when I can regain access. Recently, my Twitter account was temporarily restricted due to a mistake with their rules, which was later rectified. However, my follower and following counts were displaying as 0 initially. Despite my following count correcting itself after a few hours, my follower count remains at 0. I followed Twitter's advice to wait for 24 hours for it to normalize, but even after a week, the issue persists. When someone follows me, I briefly see the count increase but then it reverts to 0. This inconsistency is worrisome, and I am seeking assistance to resolve this matter.

On December 21, [redacted], I updated my Twitter profile, including sharing my birth date. Shortly after, my account was locked as I had created it before turning 13. Despite submitting the required form after receiving an email notification the same day, I haven't heard back. I tried to follow up with three emails on January 3rd, 6th, and 16th to different addresses but received no response. Despite being informed that further requests wouldn't be reviewed, I submitted the form again due to concerns. I am unsure of my account's restoration status, its recoverability, or potential communication from Twitter.

On December 21, [redacted], I updated my Twitter profile, which included adding my birth date. However, this action led to my account being locked due to creating it before the age of 13. I am currently 20 years old. I received an email the same day providing a form link to address the issue. I completed the form but have not received any updates or communication since. Despite sending follow-up emails on January 3, 6, and 13, I have not had any response. I even attempted to resubmit the form out of concern, although I was informed that no additional requests would be reviewed. My Twitter account, sampeck42, got suspended for copyright infringement due to some tweets of song covers, mostly of Adele and a Disney movie. I have created other song covers before without any issues. After checking fair use guidelines, I believe my song covers don’t violate copyright laws. I do not claim the material as my own, use excerpts of songs, play them acapella or with chords, and have never profited from them. The latest tweet was 6 months ago, and I don’t understand why they are being removed now. I've had this account for 9 years for personal use, not business, mainly for communication. I would like it unsuspended. I'm willing to remove the offending material and won't post similar content in the future. Many other accounts post song covers without problems, so I assumed it was allowed, always giving credit to the original artists. I have tried to delete the content myself.

Regarding my account @tommyxcore, I suspect that my account has been compromised as I have received complaints about inappropriate messages sent from it. Upon checking, I discovered unfamiliar apps and sessions and a different email associated with my account. I found logins from unknown locations and devices in my email history too. I have reported this to the police, but I am wondering if it's possible to recover deleted messages to aid in the investigation. I want to gather evidence of the unauthorized activity. Additionally, I need guidance on proving that these logins were not from me, especially those in Sunderland where I haven't visited. Could you assist me in regaining full control of my account? I encountered an issue with my Twitter account after updating my birth year in the settings. It turns out I created the account just a month shy of my 13th birthday, which violates Twitter's regulations, even though I'm currently over 13. I opted to be honest and selected the choice stating I was under 13 when I created the account but am now over 13, but this has resulted in my account being locked for a week now. I've read about others resolving this by verifying their phone number or email, but I wasn't given this option. Some users mentioned choosing the parental permission option during registration and submitting a parent's ID, but I can't go back to change that now. I tried to appeal, but the form wouldn't allow me to submit it; instead, I was redirected to a thank you page with no response from Twitter. I recently updated my birth year to the accurate one, resulting in my account being disabled by Twitter. They assured me they would fix it, but it has been several weeks with no resolution. My Twitter account, which has been a meaningful part of my life for years, has now been taken away from me. This has caused me to miss out on crucial news updates. I feel creating a new account is unjust, given the circumstances. I had hoped that Twitter support would have resolved this matter promptly. There seems to be a bug in the app, affecting not just myself but others as well. When accessing direct messages on Twitter through the iPhone app, a blank "loading" screen appears and nothing loads. Yesterday, I temporarily resolved this by logging in via Safari to access my DMs and send messages, which fixed the issue on the app later on. However, the problem resurfaced this morning and persists on both Safari and my computer. While I can view message group names or contacts, recent messages do not load properly. Only older messages display, with a delay in the timestamps. Despite attempting to log in and out, and trying other devices, the issue remains unresolved. How can this be fixed?

For the past few days, my direct messages on my account suddenly disappeared, and I could not receive any new messages. Although I received notifications on my iPhone, indicating new messages, the app did not display any direct messages nor allow me to respond. Despite receiving notification numbers, indicating incoming messages, my inbox remained empty. Surprisingly, after a day of this issue, my messages reappeared, and everything seemed back to normal. However, the problem resurfaced in less than 12 hours. It appears to be specific to my account since logging onto the PC shows an internal error, while a new account operates without any issues. I am unsure about the cause of this intermittent problem, but I am hopeful that it can be resolved on my original account.

To whom it may concern, Three months ago, my Twitter account @hyvnjiin was locked because it was mistakenly set up as underaged when I changed my birth year to [redacted] by error. I previously tried to appeal this issue using the request forms. Unfortunately, while filling out the form on mobile, I accidentally clicked the option stating I was underaged when I first opened the account. Despite this, I have not received much communication from Twitter support since then.

My account got disabled because I mistakenly changed my birth year from [redacted] to [redacted] on Twitter. This modification made me appear under thirteen when I created the account, seven years ago. Now that I'm 19, I'm frustrated that this is causing my account to be disabled. I am willing to let go of my older tweets and likes; I simply want access to my account restored. Despite filling out a request form over a month ago, I have not received any update from Twitter. It seems my Twitter account has been hacked. I suspect Isaac Guest, who has a history of losing Twitter accounts. He is associated with KidBehindaCamera, a popular YouTuber, and Steven Billings in Minnesota. Isaac is known to bully people on Twitter, allegedly paid by KidBehindaCamera. I am unable to access my account as the hacker seems to be blocking me. I have noticed an account called KidBehinda Condom making derogatory comments about me even on business pages I interact with. I tried to address the issue politely, but it backfired. I have three accounts compromised: @KathrynFlaher18, another under KathrynFlaherty at [redacted], and one more unidentified. Steve Billings seemed to spot me before fleeing. He has a troubling pattern of posting personal information to intimidate individuals. It felt like he was monitoring me. Additionally, he has faced accusations of domestic violence.

As a pharmaceutical distributor in Kolkata, part of a family business, I wish to address the significant challenges we faced with a large MNC, MSD Pharmaceutical Company. Despite assurances of support from their marketing, finance, and distribution teams, our experience resulted in substantial losses totaling 2.35 crores due to unresolved issues regarding inventory liquidation. This financial burden, combined with interest and compensation, now amounts to 9.32 crores over the past four years. Our attempts to rectify this through proper channels, such as contacting mantralaya Mumbai and EOW, have not yielded the expected results. The reluctance and tactics employed by MSD Pharmaceutical Company, including the manipulation of audit reports and unfounded accusations, have only worsened the situation. The unfair practices have led to financial strain, emotional distress, and a loss of trust in continuing any business relations with them. We are seeking a fair and immediate settlement of approximately 8.5 crores in outstanding balance, with the option of compensation for the financial and emotional distress endured over the last four years, amounting to an approximate total of 12 crores.
