My account ( @****Steele**** ) was disabled in the past month for being created before I was ** years old. The account was made * days before I turned ** and am currently **. My DoB is **********. I'm not sure why it is an issue now, over * years later, however I understand that is is technically "against the terms and conditions." Anyways, the most recent email I received from Twitter stated the following: "We’ve verified you did not meet the minimum age requirement at the time your account was created. We will, however, be able to unlock your account––we’ll be in touch again soon with updates on our progress.*As a reminder, we require people to be at least ** years old to use Twitter and we apologize for the delay while we update your account to remove content from before you turned **."*This email was received on ******** and I have heard nothing since. I can't imagine I'd have more than **-** tweets or so within the first week of me having the account, so I'm unsure as to what the cause for the long delay is, as it is currently ********. Furthermore, there is no way that I can contact Twitter for an update of any sort. I can not find any phone number, email address, live-chat client, or anything of the sort. There was no time frame provided in the email either, so for all I know my account could be suspended for months before (if ever) I get it back. I would just like an update on the situation and perhaps an estimate of some sort of how much longer I'll have to wait. If needed, my case number is Case* **********. Thank you and sorry for the troubles.
