Around a week ago my house was robbed. The thieves stole my familes passports, birth certificates, jewellery and also mine and my mothers phone and * laptops. This was a big robbery and it occurred overnight. We filed a report with the police and contacted crimestoppers. My phone and some jewellery were recoverd after they were found trying to be sold. The police felt the thieves were people we knew personally as they had a key to our door. The main issue is my twitter account. I have had this account since **** and i cherish it alot, it is very close to my heart. The people who stole my phone went ahead and caused trouble on my twitter account, they engaged in targeted harassment, therefore twitter went ahead and suspended my account for something I had no knowledge of, my phone also had no passcode as it was a new phone. Therefore I did not do what I was suspended for, me and my family are going through a rough time right now and me not having access to my account makes it **x worse. Please can I have my account back, I tried to filed * reports however each time I had the same automated response, I feel this is very unfair and would like to speak to a human.
