Hello, I recently discovered that my Twitter accounts - @FeelingsBible, @MyBaeMsgs, and @HugotUnsent - were suspended abruptly. I never received any warning or explanation regarding the violation of any Twitter Rules. Upon reviewing the rules, I am confident that my accounts did not breach any guidelines and might have been mistakenly flagged by Twitter's automated spam detection. I am puzzled by the suspension and believe it could be an error. I feel I should have been notified or given a reason for the suspension via email. I am experiencing difficulty logging in as I am prompted for a username, which I do not recall creating. Despite trying various common usernames, none seem to grant access. Accessing assistance through Twitter is proving challenging as it requires a username, which I lack. Attempts to create a new account with the same email have been unsuccessful, as it recognizes an existing user. This predicament is frustrating.

I often receive the message, “This Tweet may contain potentially sensitive content.” Subsequently, I am prompted to adjust my “sensitive media selection.” Upon navigating to the “Privacy and Safety” section under “Safety” in my account settings, and checking the box to “Display media that may contain sensitive content,” I encounter a pop-up banner at the bottom of my phone screen stating, “your account is suspended and is not permitted to perform this action.” Interestingly, my account is fully functional as I can read and post Tweets, follow and be followed by others. Despite extensive search, I have not come across anyone facing the same issue. How can I disable the “sensitive content blocking” on my account? My display name is Vlynx, and my username is @Vlynx5. I have screenshots of the direct messages and evidence of the account that was harassing me and Tim Y. on our page. She interfered while we were discussing the comedy show and began attacking us both. It's unreasonable that we were penalized for repeating her words. I have screenshots of her page and others making even worse statements. Please reinstate my account to its previous state, or I will escalate this matter to a lawyer. You cannot silence me for telling someone to leave my page by suspending my account for using their phrases against them. You do not have the authority to infringe on my First Amendment rights unless I am threatening, harassing, or displaying abusive behavior. Furthermore, you neglected to ensure my safety by permitting her to threaten me and launch continuous attacks. I am prepared to pursue this legally all the way to Justice Kavanaugh and The Supreme Court if necessary. Restore my account and my followers. -S.C. TracieR0922

I have screenshots proving that someone interfered in a conversation and harassed me and Tim Y. on our page. I find it unfair that my account was suspended for echoing their words back to them. I have evidence of their actions and others making more distressing comments. I request my account to be reinstated, or I will seek legal advice. You can't silence me for asking someone to leave my page by suspending my account. Furthermore, my freedom of speech should not be suppressed when I'm not making threats, being abusive, or harassing others. Your failure to prevent threats to my safety and ongoing attacks against me is concerning. I am prepared to escalate this matter to higher authorities. Please restore my account and my followers promptly.

Hello, I manage a video game community Twitter account named @nbalivesociety. We have built a strong presence with verified accounts in the community. Unfortunately, our @nbalivesociety account was suspended due to actions taken by @shauntheg on his personal account. We want to clarify that we have not been associated with @shauntheg for at least 6 months. He no longer has access to our account since we changed the password to prevent him from using it. When you check our account, you will see that only two users, myself (@jbo919) and @toneloc21, tweet from the @nbalivesociety account. We kindly request the restoration of our @nbalivesociety account as the violation of Twitter rules was done solely by @shauntheg on his personal account. Our account has never been suspended before, and we ask for a review of this situation. Thank you.

I opened my Twitter account back in [redacted] when I was underage at 11 years old. Now, after almost a decade of owning the account, I am an adult at 19. When I attempted to update my birth year to [redacted] to reflect my actual age, I got locked out immediately due to being underage when the account was set up. Twitter has not contacted me yet regarding this issue, and I can't view my profile page without login (it shows as non-existent). I used a provided option from Twitter support to report being underage at account creation and am waiting for instructions on how to regain access to my account.

I'm encountering an issue on Twitter where a message pops up saying, "Uh-oh! You're being rate-limited!" whenever I try to retweet someone. This problem has persisted for two days, and it's causing me to lose followers. Despite clearing my cache, cookies, changing my password, using different browsers, rebooting my device and router, and reinstalling Chrome and Firefox, the error still persists. I am the owner of the video game account @nbalivesociety. It was recently suspended due to the actions of user @shauntheg on his personal account. We want to clarify that @shauntheg has not been associated with our account for at least six months. We changed the password to prevent his access. Currently, only two users, myself (@jbo919) and @toneloc21, manage the @nbalivesociety account. We respectfully request the restoration of our account since @shauntheg acted independently in violating Twitter rules. Our account has always complied with the guidelines before this incident. My account was compromised recently. After resetting the password, I discovered it was suspended because of some banter with friends. I checked my email and saw that Twitter provided a reason for the suspension, but it was taken completely out of context and was meant as sarcastic or dark humor - NOT A REAL THREAT! I have been trying to reach out to someone at Twitter multiple times to resolve this misunderstanding. It is crucial for me to have my account reinstated as I have important messages and interactions from friends and family who have passed away. I have been using this account since [redacted] and it plays a significant role in my daily life as my primary news source and connection to many friends. It is essential for me to have my voice heard and for this issue to be resolved promptly. I am willing to remove any content Twitter deems necessary and will make sure to comply with the Terms of Service going forward. I believe there should be a more efficient way for Twitter to handle these situations. The uncertainty of whether my perspective is being considered is incredibly frustrating. On September 27, [redacted], I attempted to change my birthdate on Twitter, resulting in my account being locked as it was created before I was 13. I contacted Twitter Support and provided my current ID showing I am now 19. They informed me that they could unlock my account after removing pre-13 content and would update me soon. It has been 20 days, and I have not heard back or regained access, which is frustrating. Social media is crucial for my career, and losing years of data on my page would be detrimental. I'm currently unable to access my account due to "suspicious behavior," possibly from liking multiple tweets quickly, a practice I do regularly when logging into Twitter. I'm being asked to verify my account via a linked phone number that is inactive because of an outstanding bill. I can provide additional verification information such as security questions and previous passwords. I have access to my email for communication. I have provided verification of my date of birth, login information, and other necessary details. My account was locked on my 18th birthday because I created it before turning 13. This seems unjust considering the rule wasn't enforced earlier. Despite submitting a ticket and my dad sending proof of parental consent, there has been no response since my birthday on August 24th, and it's now October 18th. I am adamant about not creating a new account as the current one holds sentimental value. It's been frustrating not being able to celebrate my birthday on Twitter, my favorite social media platform. I urge Twitter to promptly unlock my account. Very disappointed.

My Twitter account was locked because they claimed I was under 13 when I created it. I had parental supervision at the time, and I am now 20 years old, legally able to use the account. I have valuable memories, work-related information, and university content stored there. Twitter requested my passport for age verification, which I provided. They now want me to delete tweets from before I turned 13, roughly six months of posts. I didn't use the account much at that age. It's been two weeks since I submitted the information, but I haven't heard back despite my email follow-ups. I understand they are busy, but I worry my case has been overlooked. I'm eager to regain access to my Twitter account as it is important to me.

Hello, I am still trying to get my account unsuspended. My followers and friends on Twitter are helping as well, but unfortunately, our efforts have not been successful. I am contacting you through various emails in hopes that one will be read, considering the high volume you receive daily. To recap my situation: My account was suspended after I jokingly responded to a friend's tweet. I understand now that mentioning "I will kill you" was misinterpreted as a threat by the automated system, resulting in the suspension. This was a misunderstanding between friends, and I have lost access to my account that I value highly for connecting with friends and a band that means a lot to me. It has been 5 days since the suspension, with 2 unsuccessful appeals. I am continuing to appeal as I believe I did not break any Twitter rules regarding violence. My account got locked because I was underage when I created it. I submitted the necessary form and sent my driver's license as requested. The email informed me that any content posted before I turned 13 would be removed. However, I never received any follow-up emails about the process. It's been two weeks since the last communication outlining the steps needed to regain access to my Twitter account. When I checked the status, it indicated that my case was closed without granting me access. Should I initiate a new case within the app to resolve this issue? What other actions should I consider to unlock my account?
