Twitter has to change its business model in order to survive.*They CANNOT deny people their right to express themselves, EXCEPT for threats of violence or rude & crude subject matter.*Twitter has a business flaw, when any individual is suspended*locked from their accounts. They expect EVERYONE to own a cell phone, so that they can receive a text to confirm their identity. Additionally, I have seen on GetHuman that others locked out of twitter that DO have a cell and appeal, do NOT receive an SMS as is promised, even if their number is current with twitter.*In MY situation, I originally joined using an old phone & when I attempt to change it, I am unable to do so on their site. The message "Invalid Number" pops into view.*What is one to do, when this stupid company doesn't allow its users to update their info to remain current?!*Twitter must reprogram their inept system...PERIOD!*This is my FOURTH TIME getting locked out! Each time, after several day to three weeks, I received an email, citing that my account was locked by ACCIDENT, because it was mistakened as "SPAM"!?*I have an attorney for ALL OF YOU effected*inconvenienced by this company run by IDIOTS. i CANNOT disclose the phone number because get human inserts x's in place, however he's an atty in DC.*His name is Noah Peters. If you do an online search, you will find his site (which I am also unable to list here).*When I spoke with him, he had mentioned his fee and I was floored, yet, he did mention that he was considering form a CLASS ACTION, if he gets enough of a case load to warrant such.*I hope what was mentioned here helps!*GOOD LUCK!**PS: I also want to add, that I WILL inform Twitter investors of their unfair, incompetent business practices towards its users.
