Hello! My account was temporarily blocked unexpectedly for reasons which were not specified. I was asked to fill out a captcha to prove my humanity and did so and after it registered as done properly was met with a message that said there were “technical difficulties” of some sort, and my account became locked. I followed instructions as posted online and changed my password three times and added an email to it even but nothing changed. I emailed support and they responded but in a sort of meaningless way where they just sent me a seeming rubric of a message telling me to change my password (which like I said (and like I told them), I had already done several times). My twitter kept not working and so I responded to the email they had sent me. They didn’t respond back but suddenly I was able to tweet again. However, I had lost all followers and people I was following and have since been unable to newly follow people (though have been able to gain followers). Every time I try, it registers and then undoes less than a minute later. Can you please help me so that I can follow people again? Or is there any way to restore my original follow list? I don’t remember everyone I was following and rebuilding my list is going to be a pain (though not as much of a pain as not being able to). :P Contacting them seems impossible since their in-app message support is down, their emails are auto-generated, pre-written responses and when called, they say they don’t do customer service over the phone. I have never seen such horrible*non-existent customer service. Lol My twitter is: *TomHarding*.
