My account was locked after I changed my birth year on Twitter. Despite being 15 and updating it to my actual birth year of [redacted], it claimed I didn't meet the age requirement of 13. I have tried multiple times to unlock it but haven't received a response in three days, which exceeds the time Twitter stated. My account, @DensonMadison, is at risk of deletion if not unlocked promptly. Kindly assist me in resolving this issue promptly. Thank you.

I am appealing my suspension due to copyright infringement on Twitter. I was suspended without any prior warnings or notifications regarding copyright material on my account. This is the second time I am facing suspension, and I have not received any DMCA notices or infringement notifications apart from the emails informing me of the suspension. Upon my first suspension, my videos were still accessible on my page, suggesting no actual copyright infringement. I have been careful to only share short clips. I am unsure why my account is constantly suspended while others who post similar or more content remain active. I believe it is unfair and request for my account to be reinstated.

My account, @__Espeon, was locked by the app due to my age being under 13. Even after verifying my age three times successfully with my license, I still can't access my account. While I receive business promotion emails from Twitter, I am unable to log in. Every time I try to agree to the privacy policy, I encounter an error message. When attempting to submit a help ticket, the system says my account is still locked due to age restrictions. It seems there's confusion internally about my account's status at Twitter. Despite being marked as "fixed," the issue remains unresolved.

My Twitter account got locked because they mistakenly think I'm under 13, even though I just turned 18. Since I don't have a valid ID yet, I sent them my birth certificate and school ID to prove my age, but Twitter support isn't cooperating. I've been on Twitter for almost a decade, joining before the under 13 policy was in place. I've been emailing them nonstop, but their responses are confusing, telling me the case is closed and then asking for another report. I'm frustrated and sad because they aren't listening to their users. I just want my account back. Your assistance is appreciated.

My Twitter account, @_simplymeagan1_, was locked a week ago after I updated my birthday. Despite not being under 13, it locked me out. After providing my license as proof of age, I received an email from Twitter saying they resolved the issue. However, when I tried to agree to the updated Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Use, an error message kept popping up. It's frustrating that this issue has persisted for a week with no response from Twitter. Recently, my account was permanently suspended after I blocked out sensitive information on my license. Twitter claimed they couldn't verify me as the account holder, leaving me unable to access my account. The lack of assistance and the final email I received from Twitter have left me feeling upset and disappointed. It's a frustrating situation, and I hope to find a resolution soon.

Hello Twitter community, I have tried reaching out to Twitter multiple times tonight but unfortunately have not received any response. I am concerned about my daughter's account being terminated despite providing all necessary documents proving my guardianship and giving permission for her to use the platform. My daughter, who is 14 years old, is upset by this sudden termination as she had built a community of friends and followers on Twitter. I am frustrated that Twitter chose to ignore the documents we provided, including passports, driver's license, birth certificate, and my consent. I kindly request an explanation for this action or I may need to seek professional advice to address this situation. You can find her account under the username @ruinmaynard. Thank you, Janet Lamkin (formerly Heston)

While updating my Twitter bio last night, I carefully added my birthday as June 6, [redacted]. After confirming it, I was unexpectedly locked out of my account due to an age restriction error even though I am 16 and turning 17 next week. Including my birthday turned out to be a mistake as I faced this issue. I urge Twitter to improve their age verification process. Losing access to my account is frustrating as it holds many precious memories. Additionally, the feature to confirm my birthday does not allow me to upload a picture from my phone. This experience has left me disappointed. I hope Twitter addresses these concerns promptly and prevents others from facing similar problems. - AG

I have had my Twitter account since I was ** years old (****) and I am now ** years old. Last night, Twitter suggested that I add my birthday to my profile. After doing so, when I attempted to change my privacy settings so only my followers could see my birthday, I was automatically locked out of my account. The message stated that in order to have a Twitter account, I needed to be at least ** years old, and because Twitter believed I didn't meet the age requirement, my account was locked and set to be removed. Despite submitting a ticket and sending my driver's license for review, I haven't received a response. Many others have experienced the same issue, even after providing ID to verify their age. I am ** years old and have been an active user of Twitter. I am hoping for a resolution that will fully restore my account with all its content intact. I trust Twitter will address this issue promptly.

I have had my Twitter account since I was ** years old in **** and am currently ** years old. Recently, Twitter suggested I add my birthday to my profile. Upon doing so and attempting to adjust my privacy settings, I was locked out with a message claiming I did not meet the age requirements for an account. Despite submitting a ticket and sending my driver's license for review, my account remains inaccessible. This issue seems widespread, affecting others who have also verified their age unsuccessfully. I am eager to have my account fully restored promptly with all my data intact. I hope Twitter will rectify this error promptly and ensure I can continue using the platform as before, engaging with my community and posting content as usual.

I have owned my Twitter account since I was 12 years old in [redacted], and now I am 18. Recently, I was prompted to add my birthday to my profile. After doing so and adjusting my privacy settings, my account was locked due to age requirements, stating users must be at least 13. I have already submitted a ticket with a copy of my driver's license for review but have not received a response. Many others have faced similar issues despite providing valid IDs. I expect Twitter to rectify this mistake promptly by fully restoring my account with all content and functionalities. I look forward to a fair resolution from Twitter.

Initially, my account was locked after I entered my actual birthday as September 12, [redacted], which triggered the system to believe I was under 13 years old. Seeking technical support, I followed instructions to provide my ID for age verification. Despite multiple attempts, it took a while to receive a response and ultimately regain access to my account. Now, upon logging in, I am prompted to agree to new terms and conditions. Despite confirming, I encounter an "error, try again later" message. This persists across different devices, preventing me from seeing my tweets and messages. The situation is increasingly frustrating as I just want to regain full access to my account.

My old account has been causing issues for about a year. When I tag people, they don't receive notifications. When I try to have conversations, my tweets show unavailable. Also, when I like something, my account will unlike it. I deactivated it, thinking it would help, but sadly, it didn't. Yesterday, I reactivated it, and all my followers are gone. My direct messages and pictures are there, but it shows all my followers are gone. Feeling frustrated, I created a new account. Despite reaching out to Twitter support three times in the last 6 months, I haven't received any assistance. I really need help now.

I am unable to access my account after attempting to update my birthdate from [redacted] to [redacted] due to an error. I have provided several photos of my driver's license to confirm I am over 13, which have not been acknowledged. I am now worried my account will be deleted despite meeting the age requirements. I request assistance in restoring my account promptly.

While adding my birthday on Twitter, I encountered an issue where they locked me out, claiming I was under 13 when I am turning 20 this year. They requested my government ID, which I submitted promptly. However, after 6 days, they informed me that my account will remain locked and be permanently removed due to being unable to confirm my age. I wish there was a way to speak directly with someone at Twitter about this matter instead of relying on unhelpful forums.

Twitter requested my birthday, and I provided my actual birth date, 27th of June [redacted]. However, my account was immediately suspended for not meeting the minimum age requirement of 13 according to their Terms of Service. Despite submitting clear pictures of my passport twice, they have still permanently banned my account. I find this situation unfair as I am weeks away from turning 19. I have been corresponding with automated emails from Twitter, but they are not effectively addressing my concerns. I rely on Twitter daily and urge for a prompt resolution to lift the ban on my account. I appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

I recently updated my birth year to [redacted] on Twitter but got locked out because they mistakenly think I'm under 13 years old. I've already submitted my ID to them to prove my actual age, but haven't received any response from their support team. It's frustrating because I've been using that account for years and it holds so many precious memories. I'm willing to provide any additional documentation they need, like a parent's form, to resolve this issue and regain access to my account. Many other users are facing similar problems, as indicated by the hashtag #StopTheBirthdayBans #TwitterLockout. I urge Twitter to focus on addressing users who engage in harmful behaviors like racism, abuse, harassment, or posting inappropriate content, instead of locking out innocent users like me. Please assist me in recovering my account.

I have been using Twitter for a while, and today I decided to add my birthday to my profile. After doing so, my account was locked due to not meeting the age requirement of 13 years old to create an account. I am actually 20 years old, which I have been for the past 7 years. It is frustrating to have my account locked because of what seems to be an error in the system. I have already submitted my information to unlock my account, but I wanted to highlight this issue to a real person to prevent it from affecting others. I have connected with friends on Twitter, and losing access due to a glitch would be disappointing. Thank you.

I accidentally got locked out of my Twitter account when I included my birth year ([redacted]) in my bio and the system flagged it for being underage. Despite being 15 years old, I can't unlock it. I tried submitting my photo ID without success. The page freezes whenever I attempt other methods. I'm eager to regain access as I value my Twitter use, but it's been nearly a week. I might have to delete the app if this issue persists.

I was locked out of my account @5secondsofcray when I tried to update my birthday and got a message saying I didn't meet the age requirements. The account was originally created by my mother and I took over using it when I was older than 13. Strangely, the birthday on the account was wrong, so I corrected it to reflect my actual birthday. However, this led to an immediate lockout without any prior notice. I am currently 17 years old and will be turning 18 in 5 months. I have submitted a parental consent form and proof that I am indeed 17. Please assist me with this issue as this account is very important to me and losing it would be devastating.

I recently noticed an error in my birth year on my profile on Twitter. It incorrectly displayed as [redacted] instead of [redacted]. Upon correcting it, Twitter promptly locked my account, stating I was under the age of 13. Despite submitting a support ticket with my government ID, Twitter informed me they could not verify my age and would delete my account. I lodged another request for help, unsure if it will have any effect. I am anxious about losing my account as I have had it since around [redacted], even though I was under 13 at the time. I fear my past actions may be the reason for this issue, and I am uncertain if it can be resolved. If not, I may have to create a new account.
