The best way to submit a complaint is actually submitting the issue over the phone and asking to speak with a manager. You can also submit feedback forms using email or on the website. You can also submit the issue to the local manager.

I travelled through Turkish airline on feb ** from los angeles to india and traveled back from india to los angeles on april **th ,****.both times flight was delayed, i had to stay at Istanbul airport for ** hour with my kids .customer service was worst there.even airport staff doesnot know how to guide us properly. staff knew very limited english that should be a must on an international airport.my seven year old has health issues (kidney problem,asthema) I requested wheelchair when I booked my flight with Turkish airline.i never get it at turkey airport .i booked special hindu vegetarian meal but on flight from delhi , india to Istanbul turkey crew offered us non vegetarian food because they were out of vegetarian meal by the time they reach my seat.it really hurts my religious feelings.to go to a hotel they gave me transit visa and charge $*** for four people. please guide me how can I get my transit visa fee reimbursed and compensation for the delayed flight that caused lots of mental and physical pain to me and my kids at Turkish airport .if I will not get a proper response from you as soon as possible I will seek advise from my attorney and get back to you .let me know if you need anything from me i.e. ticket numbers etc .thanks *jagjeet saini
