I thought I had filed my taxes using TurboTax online on April 15th, but just found out two weeks later that they were never submitted. TurboTax charged me a $60 special filing fee to expedite the process before the deadline, which they kept. They are now saying my taxes were never filed, and I need to do it quickly to avoid penalties from the IRS. Dealing with this situation is causing me unnecessary stress, especially since I have been struggling with Long COVID since November [redacted]. TurboTax should have informed me sooner about the issue. I believe they should refund me the $60 they charged. I hope for assistance as my health is fragile, and any additional stress worsens my condition. Thank you.

I completed my taxes some months back with the help of my children's dad. He used his email and name for the TurboTax account but input all my tax information. Unfortunately, when setting up the direct deposit, he mistakenly used his card information, causing the IRS to reject the deposit. I recently obtained my transcript from the IRS to show that they did not receive the funds back. I visited the IRS office in Silverdale to get this proof. I'm reaching out to ask for your assistance in resolving this issue so that I can receive my tax return via a paper check. Thank you for your help in advance.

I received my refund check, but it seems to be from an unfamiliar bank. Unfortunately, no bank will cash it. In my attempts to cash it and open new accounts, my social security number has been flagged as potentially fraudulent. TurboTax, for which I paid extra for year-round assistance, has not provided any help in getting my money or explaining the check. I currently have $13,[redacted] that I am unable to access due to these issues.

I have been doing my taxes for years, including my ex's return which I thought I filed successfully. However, the website now shows it as NOT FILED. While I could access and print previous years, I'm unable to with this one. I need to either reprint and file again, but I'm confused at the moment as it seems the submission did not go through. I don't have a hard copy to send by mail either. Although I can access my own account, I cannot do so for Kristina's account. The IRS is unable to assist without the exact refund amount, which is of no use if the return hasn't been filed. This is the first time I've faced this issue. Thank you for your help.

I am Justin M. Granger, an active-duty Service Member stationed in Germany. I filed my taxes using TurboTax on April 18, [redacted]. Although I opted for direct deposit, I never received my tax refund through that method. Instead, a check was sent to my residential address in the USA. Unfortunately, I missed the arrival of the check, and it has since expired. I reached out to Green Dot Bank, the bank TurboTax uses for distributing money, but they had no record of the transaction and advised me to contact TurboTax for assistance.

I have paid for tax filing services this year and have yet to receive my return or have the state taxes paid. I am now dealing with late fees due to this delay. I am seeking clarification as the website is confusing and seems to give the impression that the state payment is handled from the federal return. I expected my return by now, especially considering I submitted in March. I have evidence showing the expected refund after the state return fee is settled, but it has not been processed so far. I am concerned about facing charges when the tax process is still incomplete.

Hello, my name is Daniel Massey Jr. I'm having trouble obtaining my [redacted] tax return. I have contacted the bank and Wisely, the card I used for my [redacted] tax return with TurboTax. Due to some medical issues, I was unable to complete the proof of identity verification. Moreover, I no longer have the same phone number I had when I filed my taxes, which delayed access to my TurboTax app. As a result, I have not received my refund and need assistance in locating it.

I did not receive my tax return last year. I contacted the designated phone number for assistance as it appeared to be a third-party arrangement. I sent the notarized paperwork twice to request a resend of my tax check. However, the check was mistakenly sent to Arizona, even though I reside in Saint Joseph, Missouri. I have updated my address with them, but they have not returned my calls to provide guidance on the next steps to retrieve my previous year's taxes. I used TurboTax for our taxes in [redacted] and anticipated a refund of $2,[redacted]. Recently, we received a notice saying we owe $[redacted].22 due to an error related to the Recovery Rebate Credit. This information came to our attention in a letter dated December 20. Additionally, they included interest dating back to last April which puzzled us. Could this be connected to the stimulus check repayment? I have an existing account, but I am currently locked out of my Google email due to forgetting the password. Additionally, I am without a phone as it is non-functional after being dropped, leading to difficulties accessing my Turbo account linked to the email. The Turbo account contains vital information for filing my taxes this year. Re-creating an account poses challenges as the original one holds data from the past 3 to 4 years. My name is N. L. I bought the [redacted] Premier software from Amazon on a CD, but they mistakenly sent the Deluxe version. I installed the Deluxe before realizing the mistake. After contacting Amazon, they replaced it with the Premier CD. However, even after uninstalling the Deluxe from the control panel and trying to install Premier, the software still shows as Deluxe. I have tried various methods like forced uninstall from the website and deleting remnants, but the issue persists. I even used the uninstall feature within the Deluxe software, but the problem remains. Repeated attempts to install Premier haven't solved the issue. I need assistance in replacing the Deluxe version with the correct Premier software. Thank you.

I was charged $[redacted].00 to file my federal taxes this year ([redacted]), and I never got access to TurboTax Free. I had to select a paid option, thinking state taxes were part of the package. I tried to use TurboTax Free, but my saved information prevented me from using it for my simple [redacted] tax return. I'm unsatisfied with the processing and unhappy about losing part of my refund due to not being able to use TurboTax Free. I would greatly appreciate a refund for this matter.

I attempted to reply to your welcome back email, but it bounced back as undeliverable. I have checked my return multiple times, specifically the income section, and everything appears to be correct. However, the website keeps looping me back, insisting I revise something that doesn't need revision. I attempted to use the chat feature, only to discover it requires an $89 fee for personal assistance, which isn't what I need. I simply require guidance on how to proceed past this issue. If unresolved, I may need to resort to manually filing my return for the first time in years - quite the headache.

I have been experiencing issues trying to access my old account for the past week because it is associated with a phone number I no longer use. I believe using my email for verification should suffice, as it's unlikely that someone would have my email trying to access my taxes. Despite answering the security questions correctly, I am unable to access the account without verifying my old phone number. Creating a new account prompts me to merge accounts, restarting the verification process. While I can access my email, I face difficulties logging into TurboTax. I have filled out the account access form multiple times, encountering glitches that prevent me from proceeding to customer service. Although I input the correct email, password, and user ID, the system repeatedly asks for verification, which seems to be a security flaw.

My fiancé needs to confirm if he and his late mother used TurboTax for filing taxes last year. She passed away, and he is the beneficiary of her account. He is planning to claim her social security and retirement benefits this year. We're wondering if we can do all this online, receive tax expert assistance, and upload her death certificate. The refunds should be deposited into his checking account. It seems he needs to file her taxes separately.

I recently attempted to log into Turbotax but encountered difficulty due to an incorrect password, despite copying and pasting my updated password from a saved file. After reaching out to customer service, I received a link to reset my password. However, the link provided did not offer a solution. I am still unable to access my account. I purchased Intuit's "TurboTax" Deluxe in CD form this year, but I have yet to open it. Due to receiving an Estate check in [redacted], I now need to file with Form [redacted], which is new to me. I am unsure if the software contains this form and supports it, and I want to avoid opening it if I need to return it. I am requesting a refund of my e-file fee for the State tax return filing. My Federal and California tax return e-file was rejected initially. After correcting the error on the Federal tax return, it resulted in a tax due instead of a refund. As a result, I chose not to e-file the Federal return. When attempting to re-submit the California return, I found that the tax refund for California remained unchanged despite the Federal tax adjustment. I was unable to e-file the California return alone and received a message from Turbotax indicating that I needed to e-file the Federal return first. Consequently, I opted to mail the California tax return instead. Given that the e-file for California was rejected and could not be completed, I believe the $20 e-file fee Turbotax charged should be refunded.

I am using TurboTax Deluxe for Windows to file my taxes. I have successfully filed my Federal taxes electronically but encountered issues when trying to print my Indiana Tax return, specifically with the new [redacted] Indiana form, Schedule IN-W. The error pertains to Box D, "State Income," which seems to be derived from Box 16 on W-2’s and [redacted]’s. However, my [redacted] forms do not have information in Box 16. After reviewing my data and comparing with previous years' TurboTax files, I believe there is no actual error, just a software glitch. Despite the error message, I trust my calculations are accurate. TurboTax promises taxes are done right, and I aim to confidently submit my Indiana Tax return without any software-induced uncertainties.
