In July of last year, I submitted my **** taxes through Turbo Tax and gave the IRS and state of Kansas the ability to take the money out of my savings account. That money was never taken out. I contacted a TurboTax rep in October. After a fairly lengthy conversation, the rep said that he advised me to contact the IRS directly. Though I felt like TurboTax should do this, as I purchased the Turbo Tax package with the greatest amount of support, I contacted the IRS. That took a couple of hours of waiting and transferring, but finally got an IRS agent (Ms. Smith, ID***********) who said my tax return was in their system, but was still being processed. The state of Kansas has not taken the money from my account, either. I owe the federal government $**** and the state of Kansas $***. How do WE get this resolved?
