Cancel my subscription. ... On February **, ****, I paid for my annual subscription for Turbo Tax Deluxe in the amount of $**.** (TAR**A*********). A few months ago I purchased a MAC rather than a windows computer. I called and cancelled my subscription however I still haven't seen the reversal of the charge on my credit card ending in ****. I have never downloaded or used **** TurboTax. Please advise the status of this credit.*I also work with an accounting firm where we have Lacerte tax preparation software so I no longer need TurboTax.
