I submitted my tax refund online on January 19, [redacted], opting for direct deposit to my Ace Flare Visa debit card with MetaBank. When entering my routing and account number, it was mistakenly marked as a savings account, which I do not have with them. Could this be the reason I have not received my state refund yet? My boyfriend filed his taxes on the same day and received his state refund a week and a half ago. If this error is causing a delay in receiving my refund, what steps can I take to correct it?

I encountered issues accessing my account on Turbo Tax. I didn't receive the code promptly, causing me to worry. Furthermore, I received a code on an unfamiliar email, raising concerns about a possible security breach. In a chat with support, Pearl referred me to a security site that requested my credit card information and a dollar fee. This experience has left me troubled by the security protocol on Turbo Tax.

I am trying to retrieve my [redacted] Adjusted Gross Income (AGI), but I do not have access to the email and phone number associated with that return. I used TurboTax for the last two years. Despite trying various recovery methods, including the account recovery site, I have not been successful. TurboTax, my tax preparer, should have my [redacted] AGI on file. Kindly provide me with this information so I can proceed with e-filing. I lived in Maryville, TN, last year, but now reside in Kingsport, TN.

I have been a loyal user of TurboTax for more than 20 years. Recently, I bought the [redacted] version from a local store and now need to activate it. However, I encountered a problem while trying to activate the product on the website "www.2019turbotaxonline.intuit.ca/online19." There seems to be no option to create an account as required. Upon reaching out to the helpline, I was informed that I would need to pay an expert $5.00 CAD to assist me, which I find unreasonable. All I want to do is activate the product I purchased without any additional charges.

I have already paid for TurboTax, but I am unable to e-file my NY state taxes. Despite spending hours on the phone trying to fix this with no success, the issue remains unresolved. I was informed that a document arriving on February 6th would rectify the problem, requiring me to reattempt filing on that date. I have done so on both February 6th and today, but the problem persists. The prolonged wait times to speak to a representative have made this process extremely inconvenient. At this point, I would prefer to receive a refund due to the ongoing hassle.

I can't remember my TurboTax password. When I clicked the “forgot my password” button, I got a 6-digit code. After entering it, I was asked for my password, but I still don't remember it. I tried again and was told to contact customer support through a link that asked for a written request and photo ID. I tried to submit the request, but it wouldn't accept it since I wasn't changing my email. Calling the 1-[redacted] customer service number only connected me to an automated system that sent me back to online support.

It's been more than two weeks since I was supposed to receive my Visa Prepaid Turbo Card. My email has had some glitches or update issues, and I haven't received any emails since February last year. I updated my email to receive temporary email information, but I haven't received any updates. I'm concerned that my card may have been taken from my mailbox. I need to know how to have the temporary information resent, request a new card, and check if the card has been activated or used.

We submitted our taxes through TurboTax in April [redacted]. The IRS rejected the filing because we were given the Lifetime Education credit even though my daughter didn't receive a [redacted]-T form. She attended a school with credits that could transfer to other colleges, but the school wasn't government-funded, so she isn't eligible for the credit. This issue with TurboTax caused a delay in receiving our tax refund.

I requested to speak with a live representative as I encountered issues submitting my state taxes while my federal taxes went through. The live rep explained that many individuals were facing difficulties filing taxes due to the form for the home heating credit. I was surprised to see a $90.00 charge for reviewing both my federal taxes and the state ones that I struggled to submit. The live rep did not assist with my state taxes as it was the form causing the problem. I kindly request the removal of the fee as it was not within my control. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Frank G. Knight, and I am currently unable to log in to my TurboTax account. I am using the same password from last tax season but cannot access my account. I clicked on "forgot my password," and then I was given the option to have a code sent to me via email, to which I selected yes. After inputting the code, I am prompted to enter a new password, but even after inputting my old password, I still cannot log in. I have been attempting to access my account for the last two to three days and continuously facing the same issue. I tried calling customer service but could only reach a recording, no live person. I am 17 years old, have dropped out of school, and moved away from my parents. No one is claiming me as a dependent because I pay for my own rent, food, clothes, etc. I have two W-2 forms, one from Subway and one from my brother, who I currently work for and rent a room from. I am unsure of how to file my taxes since no one is claiming me as a dependent. Can I claim myself or file as head of household? Are there any benefits for being underage and supporting myself? I am a loyal user of TT, and I recently purchased the [redacted] TT Premier using Order Number: QSTCA[redacted]50. Initially, I paid $74.99 based on a promotional email from you on January 19, [redacted]. However, on February 1, [redacted], I noticed the same TT product on sale at Amazon for $54.99, a significant $20 less than I paid. Feeling disappointed, I urge TT and Intuit to consider issuing me a $20 refund as a gesture of goodwill. It is disheartening to discover such a price difference shortly after my purchase. I am having trouble remembering my ID and password for logging in to TurboTax. I attempted to use my email and another ID that keeps appearing as saved, but neither seems to be accurate. When trying to retrieve the verification code via email or phone, the IDs involved do not match any existing accounts. I have been unable to reach a live person through the phone number provided, and dealing with the automated system has been frustrating. We recently received a notice from the IRS stating that they did not receive our Form 82-62, which I believe we have already submitted. Instead of searching for it at the library to fill out and send it again, I would like to reach out to you for help. While using TurboTax Deluxe, I reached the end of my tax filing only to be prompted to enter credit card details. The process misled me into purchasing an $80 package unintentionally. I received an email receipt for a service I never intended to buy. After researching, I discovered the option to redo my taxes without the deluxe version. Can I please receive a refund for the $80 charge? I would like to restart my taxes from the beginning without the purchase. I halted my progress upon receiving the receipt and have not signed or filed my taxes yet.

My tax return was rejected due to a dependent being claimed already, but I am certain I am the rightful claimant. The person who claimed the dependent incorrectly should not have done so, as the child lives with me, and I have proof of care with receipts. Should I remove the dependent or contact the IRS to resolve this issue and report the incorrect claimant? I need guidance as this is delaying my return. I've been attempting to access my TurboTax account to retrieve my [redacted] federal income tax return for the past few days, even spending hours on it today. Initially, I was asked to update Chrome or Safari, which I did multiple times on both my iPad and desktop, but it hasn't resolved the issue.
