In [redacted], I used TurboTax to file my taxes, but I no longer have access to the email or phone number linked to that account. I have attempted several times to recover my account without success. I need to access the account to retrieve my AGI for that tax year, as I was denied when filing this year due to this missing information. Despite my efforts to contact the IRS and recover my account, I have not made progress. I am considering finding an alternative service where I can speak to a live person for better assistance, as I am unable to proceed with my taxes this year after paying $40 to TurboTax.

I faced a browser update prompt earlier, which a helpful person resolved for me. After completing half of my taxes, I logged off. Now when I try to log back in, I am still being prompted to update my browser. Despite already performing the update and finishing part of my taxes, I am unable to proceed. Although I attempted to call back for assistance, I was only offered automated options like password reset, which is not my issue. - Ed Hunley, a customer for 9 years

I have utilized Turbo/Intuit for my tax filings in recent years, including this year. I am facing difficulties electronically filing as it requires the AGI from our previous return. Unfortunately, I am unable to access my account from last year despite attempting various account recovery methods. I no longer have access to the phone number linked to last year's return, which is complicating receiving verification codes. I am looking for a resolution to this issue but am unsure of the next steps to take.

I purchased the TurboTax CD, but had difficulty installing it. I used my license code for the download. After completing my federal return, I encountered an issue with accessing the Kentucky state tax software. It prompted me to pay an additional $39.99 for the state software, which I believe should have been included. My license code is J6TF-773NR-N5X9T. I tried calling for assistance without success. I was under the impression that I would have access to both federal and one state income tax return software. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

I made a mistake when filing my taxes and included the check number in my account number. The IRS was supposed to deposit my tax refund of $1,[redacted] into my bank account yesterday. They advised me to contact you to check if the money is still available to be deposited correctly. I accidentally added 3 extra numbers to my account by including the check number. Can you confirm the status and let me know how long it will take to receive the refund since the transfer was already processed and sent?

My state tax return is indicating that my Social Security Number should not have hyphens, so the system is prompting me to correct the format on my Federal tax return documents like the W-2 or [redacted] forms. However, I am unable to manually alter my W-2 provided by my employer, and there is no apparent option on TurboTax to adjust my [redacted] form. Despite changing my SSN in the personal information section on TurboTax, the system keeps inserting the hyphens automatically. If this issue persists, I may have to resort to mailing my state taxes instead of e-filing through TurboTax, which is not ideal. As a college student with part-time employment and a gross income of approximately $7,[redacted], along with an expected state refund of about $[redacted], I was hoping to successfully complete this online.

I have been a loyal user of Turbo Tax Deluxe for over a decade, and have been satisfied with my experience. This tax season, after purchasing the software at Costco, I encountered an issue when entering a Form [redacted]-B for the first time, reporting $36.61 in Proceeds. I was prompted by Turbo Tax to upgrade to Premier and was charged $31.88 on Feb. 1, [redacted] (Order # TTDCRTA[redacted]67). The unexpected charge, almost equivalent to the income reported, left me disappointed. Moreover, discovering at Costco that Premier is priced $15.00 higher than Deluxe, while I was charged $30.00 plus tax for the upgrade, felt unfair given the circumstances. I would appreciate your guidance on this matter.

I recently filed my taxes and decided to try the TurboTax card for the first time after seeing their enticing advertisement about getting an advance within an hour of acceptance. Despite following all the necessary steps to set up my account, I encountered issues trying to use the temporary card. After spending a total of 2.5 hours on hold and speaking with two customer service representatives, I was informed that a new debit card would need to be sent to me, leaving me unable to access my funds promptly. This delay is frustrating as I had plans to pay my rent online using the funds. I feel disappointed with the process, especially after paying $[redacted] to file with TurboTax when I could have received a larger cash advance with H&R Block instead.

I need help finding my AGI from last year. After getting a new phone, I created a new Turbotax account because I had forgotten my old login details. Unfortunately, the AGI did not transfer over, leading to tax filing issues. How can I retrieve this information from Turbotax? I am willing to provide any necessary personal verification.

I have been experiencing issues signing in. Despite changing my password, every attempt to sign in results in a 15-minute lockout period. This cycle has been repeating for days. Can someone advise me on how to reset everything? I have two email addresses; should I revert to using the first one? I simply want a fresh start as the current situation seems persistent. Could you possibly reset my account to allow me to log in to TurboTax?

I was charged $80.00 for filing my taxes with TurboTax, even though I was under the impression it would be free as I was referred by someone. While I don't mind the $40.00 Deluxe upgrade fee, I only agreed to that. This is my first time using TurboTax, and I'm not comfortable with the total charge of $80.00. Can I please get a refund of $40.00 from the extra charges? I appreciate the service so far, but I was expecting a different cost as a first-time user. Thank you for your help.

My former partner wrongly claimed our son on his taxes during my designated year. This recurring issue has now caused delays in processing my tax return. Our situation requires us to submit an addendum by mail, prolonging the refund process significantly. I am aware that if we both file claiming our son, an audit may be triggered, leading to potential penalties for my ex. I seek advice on how to ensure this audit occurs. Additionally, I am interested in exploring any options available to expedite our refund timeline.

I used your Home & Business software for my State of Illinois e-file, but I'm unable to input my pin and can only enter my Driver's License numbers, leading to rejections. Despite accurate AGI and details, the state return was rejected four times. As a solution, I'll be mailing the document, but I request a $19.99 refund on my credit card due to the software's limitations. The state accepts a 10-digit pin on their free site, but your software does not function correctly for Illinois filings, causing submission issues.

My daughter attempted to file my taxes, but the IRS rejected it. They mentioned needing my late husband's death certificate and our marriage license since he passed away in April [redacted]. The instructions refer to mailing these documents, but I'm unsure where to send them. Should I include the [redacted] forms as well? My daughter has been using TurboTax for my taxes in recent years. If you have a contact number that can assist me with this matter, I would be grateful. Thank you. (Phone number: [redacted])

I checked for free filing eligibility on the IRS website and it showed I qualify with TurboTax. I started the free form in TurboTax, but when I reached the end of the federal section, it's saying I don't qualify for the free form. I don't want to re-enter everything on a different tax service, can I pay TurboTax to file what I've already entered? Please assist with transferring my [redacted] data or provide instructions on how to do it.

I am experiencing a billing problem. After submitting my tax return and receiving a payment confirmation email, the IRS rejected it. While trying to correct the issue, I inadvertently made another payment and received a second confirmation email. My return is still pending, but my credit card was charged twice for $40.00 each. I need help resolving this billing error.

I have been a loyal TurboTax user for many years. This tax season, I encountered a recurring issue where the online software freezes on the 'State Taxes' page, even though Texas does not have state income tax. The software correctly acknowledges this fact by stating "Texas has no State Income tax," but it fails to proceed further, preventing me from completing the process. Despite attempting to exit and re-enter the software multiple times, I am still unable to move past this point. I am frustrated by this ongoing problem and would appreciate any assistance in resolving it.

After spending all night filling out my tax return, I was disappointed to find out that I cannot efile it. Last year, due to a mistake with TurboTax, my ex-husband wrongly claimed my son, causing me to file by mail and face penalties. I am determined not to repeat that experience. I urgently need to speak with a representative as I cannot send my return by mail. Please connect me to someone promptly.

I've been using TurboTax for at least 15 years. Every year, when I attempt to log into my account to start my taxes, I encounter an issue. TurboTax displays a message saying "Hmm, something must be wrong." It is frustrating to see this message repeatedly year after year. Despite not changing or forgetting my password, I am always required to request a new one. I even go as far as writing it down to ensure I won't forget. Having to reset my password each time I want to access the site is becoming tiresome. I am eager to do my [redacted] tax return, but I am unable to due to the login issue. What steps should I take to resolve this?

I recently paid $39.00 to file my California State Taxes, but I am encountering numerous problems. The data from my federal tax form did not transfer accurately. I attempted to contact customer service, and while the agent tried to assist, the problem remains unresolved. I have made six attempts to use the application without success. Filing my Federal Tax was problem-free, and I had hoped the state tax process would be similarly trouble-free.
