I keep trying to sign in, I have an account. I just changed my phone number. I tried getting a code sent to my email, which worked but when I typed the code it, it sent me to the same alternative login screen. When I try to use the alternative option for a forgotten password, it says it can't verify my identity but I put in my correct address and social security number. Now, I have maxed out on attempts.
