I have a daughter that lives in Japan. I filed her **** taxes using the $**.** version of Turbo Tax (order number TTWQP*JZ********) in early **** (got a confirmation email of taxes accepted on *******). For the last several weeks I have been trying to get into the account to download the return and have not been successful. I am the account owner and have forgotten my password. I have tried to reset the password unsuccessfully many times. I was on the phone with a tech support individual for over an hour and was told that if the address for resetting the password doesn't match the return it will be rejected. I understand that, however, she has a foreign address and there is ZERO option to enter a foreign address. I tried using the billing address I used to creat the account and that didn't work either. I would like to be able to access the account to download the return to send to her so she can provide the information to her student loan creditors
GetHuman-rayfish did not yet indicate what Turbo Tax should do to make this right.
