I signed up for a free trial of Tune In radio on September **th ****. My g mail is the account used.******@***.com* I canceled the service * days later through your website you stated. I received no acknowledgement that this was canceled and I have since been charged for this service twice on October * and November **. *Again, please cancel my service, unused, and refund the * charges of $**.** for a total of $**.**.*Please respond to me by email that you received us and that I will receive the appropriate credits to the service I canceled during the trial. *Thank you.*Steven B.
