I paid for Tru-green. service. I received a text confirming date and time of scheduled service. No one showed up nor did I receive a phone call of any kind. I called to cancel and asked for a refund.The following morning I calmed down and continued to move forward with the service. I have still not heard or gotten a confirmation of a service date. My acct * **********. I had such hopes and I must say I am not happy the way things have gone so far.

GetHuman-fineyver did not yet indicate what TruGreen should do to make this right.
