The motor is hard to start. If all else is perfect the motor is hard to start. The short pulling's to get to the best start place makes it hard to start. When the engine is hot*cold it it hard to start. When the water in the hose is hot*cold it is hard to start. And when all else is going perfectly it's hard to start, there is no such thing as a * pull start. However you could try multiple times and it still not start. *I have had this unit * yr,* month. I have the receipt. the big box store said it's not there problem, yet I signed a CC that the big box store provided. LOWES. *I have been told many times that this is an industry issue. I am beginning agree. I have been a loyal customer of TROY BILT for many years having lived close by the original store in Troy NY. *Secondly all of the repair shops that will even work on them are * to * weeks out before they can even look at one, and they would want to be paid on the upfront. As a consumer I feel that this puts me in a extremely disadvantaged spot.
