You do not need to email back and I’m not going to post in reviews. I just wanted to say I have always bought troy-bilt products but no more. My last * weed eaters all had carb problems in less than a year. I live in SC and its hot but it’s just no longer feasible to buy yours. The first two just gave out and wouldn’t start. So, I bought one of your chargers to start it. It did not even last * months and wouldn’t charge enough to turn them over. The I bought your newest model with the full choke start, within a few months I had to leave it on full choke all the time to even use it. On two of the weed eaters when I added my edger attachment the ***** wouldn’t hold the top clamp tight. Had to drill them and add screws. For the money I spent I could have bought a better named product. So, I’m going to try buying Works products. So far, their blower has worked perfectly. Not sure where your products are made but I can say the carbs are complete ****. I did buy warranties but taking stuff back to stores or waiting for repairs or warranty is just time consuming. So, you have lost a good customer for good. I know you’ll do fine allot more people out there that want cheaper. Was a good run but you just do not make them like you use to? I think my first one lasted almost * years with no problems.
