The issue in GetHuman-fsusure's own words
To Start with the majority of my Lawn and Garden Equipment is Troy-Bilt and NOT once have I ever asked for help or in this case to have it replaced at my Local Home Depot. **The issue is my Weed Eater:***st. The pull cord gearing went out out and I couldn't start it and it was less than * weeks old. So I went to Home Depot and asked to return it and get a replacement and they told me to contact you. Or I could get a driver for my ***** gun and start it with this. I did this for a while but now I can't even get it to start. I also have the recalled edger attachment. This String trimmer TB *** EC being down hurts me a lot because it makes up a majority of my tools. I have the Troy-Bilt Hedge trimmer, pole saw, edger and tiller attachments. I would like you to authorize me with a coupon or call me the Home Depot ***.***.**** on Nine Mile Rd. Pensacola, Fl. and authorize them to take back my string trimmer and edger attachment and replace them with new ones. Please ! Oh I also have a Troy-Bilt lawn mower as well
