I booked a room for Dec **-** @ the Roosevelt Hotel in NYC through trivago express. It took me to hotel quickly. This was done on Oct **. My credit card has been charged. I received a notice this morning that the room was cancelled and I could get a voucher. *I spoke with the hotel and they have rooms available. In fact I put two rooms on hold as a backup plan. I need hotel quickly to reinstate my rooms and pay for them!
GetHuman-jahodges did not yet indicate what Trivago should do to make this right.
