Hi Customer service,**I used your website to purchase accommodation at the Stafford in Adelaide for the * of December ****, I was sent using one of your recommended providers called HotelQuickly, I booked and paid *The accommodation But on arrival at the hotel I was there told *Was no reservation, and that HotelQuickly had cancelled my *Reservation the day before but did not refund my money or let me know, I am extremely disappointed as I trusted your website that’s why I went ahead *With the booking.
