The issue in GetHuman-jeweljam's own words
So, I happened to book a hotel in Kanyakumari via Trivago, and instead got a booking at a similarly named hotel elsewhere (in Tiruchipalli). The images and the description listed on the trivago website perfectly matches with the hotel at Kanyakumari. However I am currently unable to take in room here cause it is booked somewhere else. Sadly the hotel policy has a non-refundable clause on cancellation. I would like the trivago team to consider this issue seriously and to go far as to pay me a compensation for the mistake on your part. I have screenshots which you may refer to, to prove my point. Kindly do help me resolve this.
