My name is Judy Jack, I'm a customer with TriEagle Energy, senior and disabled. Every year I received help with my light bill thru*Baker Ripley or CEAP program for those that qualify for the program. I encountered an issue with a payment that your CS REP Dennis on **-**-** @ ***-***-**** Time: *:** pm Acct * ********** claimed was not paid for June ****, it's August ****. I phone Baker Ripley and had them mailed me a copy because I got so upset about the issue, I was unable to find the my copy to read the amount dedicate for payment to TriEagle Energy. I have the letter now, I would like to fax it to you if possible.
