I initiated a transfer using my debit card to Nigeria ... I register for transferwise and i have confirm my identity with my driver licence. Yesterday i initiated a transfer using my debit card to Nigeria*$**** I got an email from you yesterday that you have receive my funds and it will be send today to the recipient. I check back today and my account was deactivated and it was asking me to send an email to a particular email address. What is the reason for this? My reference is P******* and my name is Neda Bolin Wilcutt
This i frustruating because you should have contacted me or my bank
