No, TransferWise only supports sending money to countries that are currently on their list of supported countries. If you wish to send money to a country that is not on the list, you will need to find an alternative method or service. TransferWise continually expands its list of supported countries, so it is worth checking back periodically to see if the desired country has been added. However, for now, TransferWise can only facilitate money transfers to countries that are already supported on their platform.
