I have been in contact with TransferWise on ** Jul **** regarding a problem with a transfer from our New Zealand Bank account to our UK account - had a detailed chat session with your on-line help and was asked to submit an email with the details - which I did. I had no response from TW before travelling to USA on ** Jul ****. However I have had * calls on my cell phone from *** *** *** **** and I did not take the calls - there was no indication of the caller ID - but I now wonder if this might have been from TransferWise - although there are no voice messages. If this was indeed from TrasferWise I will now pick up if you call again. Otherwise I remain keen to have the matter cleared up since the transfer has not been properly completed - it appeared to have been credited to our UK account on * Jul **** but on the same day there was a debit for a larger amount in favour of TransferWise which was not initiated from my end - so the net result was a net withdrawal from our UK account by TransferWise and our New Zealand account has no record of any transfer for this transaction at all. **Your help would be much appreciated.**William Monteith
