The issue in GetHuman-ileighoh's own words
When I go into "settings " there is a category called " wireless and networks." the first choice is Wi-Fi which continually searches for networks. The problem: I turn this off and it turns its self back on. It drains my battery. I never use my phone to access the internet because the screen is too small.*I have moved " settings" to a different page so that I don't accidentally turn It on. I have turned of the option, left the settings option and turned off the phone. Then left the phone on the charger and Not Touched It. When I turn the phone on it is open to the Comcast wireless with the option to "choose this network?"*How do I stop this?

GetHuman-ileighoh did not yet indicate what Tracfone should do to make this right.
