I called in on Thursday April *th to put more time, * GB etc on my TracFone phone number *** *** **** and had troubles so called and talked to Russell and he said that the GB etc would be on my phone shortly and he said it was on there on his in and the new * month date showed up on the phone as July **, **** which is a month from June **, **** but I still can not see my GB totals, the minutes and texts are not showing up and it is still saying your request is taking longer than expected. Please try again later, I am ** years old and he said to text ****** on my TracFone and I do not know how to text except texting to people on my contact list he said that it was all on there but I would like to be able to see remaining totals for myself can you update my phone please so I can information. Thank you
