I was on the phone all night trying to fix this. They keep saying my minutes are processing going to my new phone with my old number but the new phone rings with the WRONG number (******-****) and the old phone still is active with the number(***-***-****) I should have on the new phone. *Pls help me. I am not phone savy as I am a senior and I need this corrected the number that should ring on new motoe* is **********. It should have a total of ***** min. ***** text **.** gig data. I had a huge balance and my new phone added another year and **** min text and data. *it should be on the phone number ***-***-**** *******-**** should NOT be on my phone. At this point I don't care what number is on my new phone as long as I have ALL my minutes on it. The old phone is becoming obsolete and was told won't work with your company that's why I got this new one. Been with you for years please please straighten this out for me I am sorry if I did something wrong in this process but I really need your help now. *One of the tracking is ticket ***********Another is ********** also had a web chat last night. Thank you oh and my account online is wrong now too. Sorry about this mess
