purchased minutes and service days over a week ago that are not yet applied to my phone. after many hours with your tech support on line and no solution A woman Jade concluded I needed a new sim card and then said you were sending me a new phone instead. while she was asking me for my name and address, somehow out connection dropped and I was unable again to get through the multiple procedures on your web site to give her the info. so I don't know if my problem will be solved or if I will be waiting in vane?
