i have spoken with them at least * times trying to get my wife's phone number transferred to a BYOP device. she had a tracfone flip phone and her plan expired, so i bought a sim card for my old Tmobile smart phone and asked to have her number activated on the phone. at first they said no problem buy the sim card and we'll activate it. now they are saying they could not activate her old number and she would have to pick a new number. how is it after owning a number for over ** years gets tossed because her tracfone plan expired. i have been hung up on and disconnected * times without a call back. sorry but these people are the worst. *i want her old number on my old smart phone. i am willing to buy a plan. simple.
I trust that Tracfone will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
